Very courteous and professional staff. For example, today there was an obviously fake Pizza Hut coupon and even though I wanted free pizza they very politely said dude. This is a fake coupon. We cannot honor it right from the drive up which was nice of them to do but I wanted free pizza but it didn’t happen but they still were very professional about it LOL

Decided to try pizza hut for wings since buffalo wild wings was closed I was nervous to do so considering last time my order took over 1.5 hours to be delivered and was wrong. Well this time my order was right but the delivery driver on wednesday night 10/1/25 absolutely doesn’t care at all about his job I asked him after he delivered it if they got the sauces (because I didn’t see them and they missed them last time) to which he responded check the box and then left. They were inside thankfully. I then opened my wings and they had no sauce and there wasn’t much sauce on the bottom so I mixed them and called the store to let them know. I spoke with the same man who delivered the order. I told him what was wrong he asked rudely “well what do u want me to do about it” I said nothing just letting you know. He also advised me to just shake the wings. Well yeah no brainer there. That should be your job if you want to be lazy all the time why work at all? Especially in the food industry?

I never really do negative reviews but I had to make this public because of how bad the experience was. I had ordered a couple of 2$ pizzas and on top of the drive thru having to sit there for 15+ minutes and being able to back out and just go inside after even getting home and actually getting to eat the food had HAIR everywhere in it which is absolutely disgusting. I don’t know who prepared the meals but there’s obviously a hygiene issue and seeing the other negative reviews made it clear I will not be visiting this Pizza Hut again.

We generally order delivery and I usually get boneless chicken wings with either mild buffalo sauce or honey BBQ sauce. Since they never seem to have enough sauce to put a generous amount on the order, I usually purchase extra sauce for my meals.
Today, my wife had a frustrating day and didn’t want to cook so we ordered Pizza Hut delivery. My wife had me get three extra Marinara for her food and I ordered an extra honey BBQ sauce for my eight wings.
This is the third time in a row and I have paid for extra Wing sauce for my meal and didn’t get any. I tried calling to try and remedy before I posted this review but nobody decided to answer the phone. I waited for over ten minutes for someone to answer and got nothing but a ringing line.
Therefore, I will have to recommend not ordering anything extra from my experiences over the last few months. While the delivery driver was very pleasant, the food left a lot to be desired. Very dry honey BBQ wings that had almost no sauce on them at all. This left me very dissatisfied with the food tonight.

Never use this restaurant. The manager name is aaron and he is rude a d belligerent.
Him and his team made a mistake. Made my pizza entirely wrong. Told me they don’t even take receipts. But to get a new one made they require a phone number. No one asked me for mine when they were supposed to. So I can’t get my money back or pizza remade. And they told me it’s my fault. Then aaron started to yell at me and say i was at fault. He made mistake. I am customer. I am right. So make sure you give them your number and check your pizza. They are a side hustle. They suck

Terrible place for food service. They prioritize drivers over any other customer and then when they are caught they blame being busy. I was waiting for my food for 45 minutes and then the gal at the counter turned snippy when I stated that her 30 minute wait time was less than my 45 current wait. I told the staff to return me my money and to cancel my order. I was hungry and had ordered pizza hut as it sounded good and normally I am not opposed to a wait. But 45 minutes and you hadn’t even started my order but had been putting driver orders through during my wait. Very rude and unprofessional. Never ever ever gonna return to pizza hut

30 minute delivery took 1 hour and 20 minutes. Food was cold and tasteless. The box may have been better. I called back once at at about 45 minutes and our order was out for delivery.bi was just dialing the store again when the delivery drovenup. I am not ordering from Pizza Hut again. The were really nice staff. Kinda slow. I won’t eat pizza hut again tho. It’s not the location it’s the food. Ate it and have had intestinal issues for 3 days since. 15 dollars for a medium 3 topping and 10 dollars for bread with not enough cheese isnt worth it from bad chain pizza as it is. Let alone the tiny ingredients that you can hardly see or taste. The pepperoni was very oily as well. Pizza hut has just gone straight downhill.if you like pizza hut it’s a decent location with friendly staff. The single bathroom was clean. I just don’t recommend the food anymore.
