Have you ever had a burnt cookie? Yuk! Had trouble with the app last time and didn’t get the pizza I wanted so took it back and had to order another one and pay for it. Problem was I had to wait over 45 minutes while they cooked a big order for someone else. The person didn’t seem too helpful at that time till she heard me talking about it to others and at the last minute decided to give me a coupon for a large single topping pizza. We only get the double pepperoni which they would not accept the coupon for this one as it was considered two toppings. When I picked it up the server at the window was not pleasant at all and then on top of that our cookie was burnt. The pizza was good and cooked perfect but come on. No pride what so ever in their product. Corporate needs to realize there are a bazillion pizza places to go to which is what I will be doing next time.

Never had a problem with pizza hut before but tonight it took an hour and a half to get our food, pizza and cheese sticks were burnt to a crisp, they didn’t bring the soda we ordered so I called and they said they would send replacement food then we were waiting for almost another hour to find out they just left out replacement food on the ground outside in negative degree weather didn’t even knock or ring the doorbell. Not impressed.

The were really nice staff. Kinda slow. I won’t eat pizza hut again tho. It’s not the location it’s the food. Ate it and have had intestinal issues for 3 days since. 15 dollars for a medium 3 topping and 10 dollars for bread with not enough cheese isnt worth it from bad chain pizza as it is. Let alone the tiny ingredients that you can hardly see or taste. The pepperoni was very oily as well. Pizza hut has just gone straight downhill.if you like pizza hut it’s a decent location with friendly staff. The single bathroom was clean. I just don’t recommend the food anymore.

Typically pretty good, although they have gotten our order wrong a few times. Was given an estimated wait time of 40-45 minutes. Showed up around 35 minutes. Was given our pizza right away. Although when we got home(5 min drive) it was overcooked, stale, and luke warm.

Best porch pizza in town. 730 pm I complete an online order. Hour later says it is out for delivery. Two hours later the online status shows the pizza is out for delivery. Specified the driver to knock on the door. The next morning we find the pizza on the porch in the snow. I called the store and the manager, Tiffaney Boland, stated the driver put it on the porch and knocked on the door. Said I “must have been in the restroom” and not heard the knock. She was rude and confrontational. Then she changed her story and said she had no record of the delivery and it must not have been her store. Multiple emails and phone calls later, still no resolution.

Tiffany is very rude and curses at the customers. She will continue the conversation yelling at you as you are walking out the door as I have already said have a better day multiple times. Very unprofessional. Don’t recommend this store while she is there.

The staff is friendly, double checked my order and asked if I needed plates and napkins with a smile! The order was the perfect temperature even though I was delayed picking it up!
