I love the menu options and food from Crushed Red, so much so that when I’m in the area, I prioritize patronizing the restaurant. While the food quality is typically exceptional, I have been very disappointed in the take out orders that I have picked up in the recent weeks. If you order pickup, check that your order is correct before leaving the restaurant! I paid additional to add protein (chicken) to my salad and each time, though charged for the protein, there has not been any protein added to the salad.

I had a great experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious, every dish was full of flavor and clearly made with care… The menu had plenty of variety, which made it easy to find something… On top of that, the customer service was top-notch… The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure I felt taken care of from start to finish… The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a casual meal or a special night out… Highly recommend!

Great customer service by both the cashier and the gentleman making our food tonight. The employee making our food was thorough and had a great memory because he was asking back and forth if any of the customers wanted any changes to their salad after ordering. He was very efficient at making the salads . Salad was tasty. Margherita pizza had a lot of pesto on it and very little red sauce, if any. We also ordered the goat cheese shareable, which I highly recommend because it comes with enough bread and pita chips for at least 2 people. My husband and I had regular salads, a pizza and the shareable goat cheese dip, and we still left with leftovers.

The Ceasar Salad and the Yukon Steack flatbeead was amazing definitely will be back. The staff were super kind and patient. The service was also quick I was in and out in under 20 mins from start to finish for my take out order.

Came here for lunch with my coworkers and the salads were made to order and crafted very quickly in front of us. You can see the workers chopping up the greens and mixing everything together. Ordered the Cowpoke salad and it was really yummy. They had quite a bit of raw red onions in there, but otherwise it was good. Prices were a bit high for a small bowl salad at 13$, in my opinion… But it was very yummy.

The food was quite tasty. Service less desirable — around dinnertime on a Sunday we had to wait at the counter to order for quite some time, and then they actually didn’t properly send the order over to the person at checkout so it had to be re-entered again.
The place was dead aside from one other table that looked to already be served, but our group of five couldn’t find a place to sit because EVERY booth or table that could fit us was filthy with old food and dirty dishes. There was one that was ostensibly ready but it still had crumbs all over it so we had to sweep it off with our plastic number cards to have it usable.
Don’t know if they were short staffed or what. I’d probably go back, but only to a different location. It was absolutely filthy — see my first picture, but extend that to every similar table in the entire restaurant and you’ll get the idea.

Went here for lunch, the place was packed. Ordering is kind of confusing, and it’ll depend if you want hot items of not. I had the mushrooms, pepperoni and sausage pizza and the Welcome Back Cobber salad (mini); your salad is prepared in front of you in just a few minutes and they will bring your pizza to your table.
The salad was amazing, I finished it in just minutes. If the other salads are half as good as that one, you can’t go there without trying one. The pizza was tasty but ok, average. Next time I’ll probably order just a salad, but bigger.
I have to mention this, the service was great, super fast and everyone was really nice.

This was my first time in Crushed Red.
I got the combo for $9.99 ceaser salad and pepperoni pizza. My husband got the steak and potatoe pizza as well.
As far as the service, I told the preparation tech that this was our first time and wasn’t sure how things worked, he wasn’t very helpful, so I just went to the thing I understood which was the combo. I thought I could customize the salad part by doing add ons, but while standing there for an extended period of time, I realized I couldn’t. Someone had told me it was like Chipotle but for salads. we dined in. The atmosphere was wonderful, our order was brought to our table, and we enjoyed the food. My husband was still hungry cause his $15 pizza was “just a snack” portion to him.
