Came here earlier in the morning, do not recommend coming here any time of the day honestly the Indian guy in the front is very rude for no reason night crew isint any better they lock the lobby up 1-2 hours early but still have there friends in there. Its not like there cleaning since this store is always a mess. Even when you try to be nice they complain right infront of your face to other workers you can clearly hear them talking smack. I recommend driving to kyle or south san marcos for better food because one of the last times I went there chicken smelled rotten

Been here a few times. The food is okay and the employees are friendly enough, but it just kinda feels like they don’t want to serve you. They usually take a long time to answer the drive thru headset, like sometimes so long that I feel like they just want me to give up and drive away. A quick “be with you soon” would go a long way. Today they had me pull to the side when there were no cars behind me. I get that 4 sandwiches is kind of a big order I guess, but whats the point of having me move when I’m not blocking any smaller orders? Is it to cheat the drive thru times? Its a passable experience overall and I just felt like giving my opinion for some reason idk man don’t @ me

For me Chicken was bit salty. For my other two friends it was OK.

do yourself a favor and just don’t go. don’t waste your money. did a online order for just 2 3 piece tender meals.. got home with no fries like I ordered and the Mac was like gello and ice cold. the tenders were hard and cold.. not to mention we waited for 10 minutes to get our food. oh ya there were NO other customers there. gross

Look how small the chicken tenders were. They were literally the size of my thumb. Thankfully, I talked to the lady and she gave me new ones, but imagine if I had driven off without checking the box.

So I’m a DD and yesterday was the WORST business I’ve ever dealt with getting someone’s order. They were not busy by any means, and the staff was just walking around including the manager. They took 20 minutes to drop 12 boneless wings in the fryer, and when someone came in the drive thru they ordered boneless wings and they got it right then and there so I’m not understanding what the issue was. The staff was just walking around the floor, the manager was barely present. It literally took my girlfriend walking in the building asking me what the heck was going on for them to do their job. This place is horrible service, and I don’t ever eat at Popeyes and this will be the last time I take a DD order from any Popeyes. After reading reviews management doesn’t sound any better by any means.

The owner/manager is completely unprofessional. We ordered yesterday, and the food was clearly old. Right after picking it up, we called and spoke to a manager who told us we could come back today to have it remade.
When we returned with our name and receipt, the staff had no idea what we were talking about. They got the manager, and the first thing out of his mouth was, “What do you want?” We explained that we received old chicken. He interrupted to say, “I was here all day yesterday, and we were very busy.” That was not true. The place was dead when we were there.
As I tried to explain, he cut me off and said, “I’m not giving you anything. Have a good day.” When I told him his attitude was unprofessional, he replied, “Okay, report me.”
Customer service here is absolutely dead. Never going back.
