They need to check their orders before handing them out. One trip asked at the speaker and the window for tarter sauce. Had to pull around and they didn’t put any sauce in the bag. I got a chicken and more May 18 after work. The price are crazy expensive and my food was warm at best. The chicken tenders are tiny but they used to be bigger. I could forgive the size of it was hot. At least you could do is make it fresh. I work hard for my money and don’t feel like wasting my money.

It’s highly advisable to have your staff ready at opening time. Or change opening time. Lost business because I went across the road to someplace that was of course ready on time. I probably would have waited the same exact same time if someone didn’t look me in the eyes and turn away as if I didn’t exist and I would have been patient. Hang on sir just a moment we are just opening would have been a good way to handle it. It’s bad enough that the machines take the orders and the staff is removed from the customer service experience but to look me right in the eyes and pretend I’m an inconvenience at 10:34am. Just change the store hours if you can’t open on time. Some of us have work schedules also. I get it. It’s tough but it’s not too tough to say hang on a second.
