The outside menu speaker has been broken for at least 3 weeks. I went inside and the employees were more interested in impressing the girl they were socializing with than taking new orders. No menu displayed on overhead screens. Not a real inviting place. Left without ordering.

This place in Orange Texas is disgusting, I walk in at 9 pm and they said the lobby is closed, when it says on the door it doesn’t close till 10 pm.. all the employees are grouped up in the lobby talking really loud, cussing and being obnoxious! Two of the guys there was sagging their paints so low that I could clearly see their underwear! They was really disrespectful when they told me that if I wanted any food from them that I would have to go through the drive-through because I’m not getting anything to eat through the lobby!! I’ll never go back to this joke of a restaurant!!

Ordered a shrimp basket at the window. I paid and was asked to pull forward. 25 minutes later I went in and it still wasn’t ready and others were waiting also. I went ahead and stood at the counter while they boxed it up, holleringback and forth to each other about what I had ordered. When I got out to my car I had 5 little shrimp, a cold biscuit. The fries were hot is the only good thing I can mention.

I eat Popyes often and this must be the worst location I’ve been to. The chicken was cold and dry as it’s been sitting under a lamp for hours. Extremely disappointed. Must only eat at locations that are proven to be good.

It took them almost 3 hrs to make my order for door dash and on top of it my food was cold when I got it and my drink were not right and to have the icing on this cake me and my boyfriend have food poisoning now from their food…and they never answer the phone…

You get a 1 bc what we did get was good. First we waited at the window 18 minutes. Then she didn’t put my chicken in my bag. Had to go into the resteraunt. Then they gave no biscuits with our meals. We ordered 2 apple pies and 2 blueberry. Got 4 apple. And the young girl with long black hair is slick. She’s done this before. She folded my change up in my receipt. Only problem is she pocketed $10. It’s ok, she got me this time. Next time she won’t be that lucky. It’s ashame kids have no pride or work ethic and have to steal. Herr parents should be so proud.

Corporate needs to know about this place!!! I’ve always got good food here until now. The chicken does not even taste like Popeyes. It’s like they are using there own seasoning. There maybe something wrong with there equipment, because it’s very greasy. It didnt make me feel good after one piece of chicken. Unless change comes, I will not be back.

Well, i feel Popeye’s is pricey as it is, but I don’t mind paying for it as long as it is fresh and good, the chicken wasn’t too bad, and the biscuits were fresh, but the fries were cold and old, the least they can do is give you food that is at the least warm. Probably won’t go back.
