I love McDonald and drive 15 minutes to get to the store and try to have something hot and fresh. But they got some way to supply almost stall food. I don’t know how McDonald’s standards are not working in here. The fries were not hot but not 100% cold. It’s like 1 out of 10 warm. It made the fries not tasty at all. So did the other foods.
The above was written last time but not submitted?. This time it is better but the food is not freshly new. I feel it is from reheating yesterday’s leftovers.
I don’t like the way they loadly dust the floor while people eating around. It’s a sign of not happy and disrespectful.

We ordered two Double Quarter Pounder meals. The wait wasn’t super fast, but it was just right — you could tell the food was made fresh.
Everything came out hot, fresh, and tasted great.
You can see this is a very busy location. There were easily 10 people working in the kitchen, but everything was well organized and running smoothly. They clearly manage their volume well, which helps maintain food quality.
Even though it’s “just” McDonald’s, this location does an excellent job. Very satisfied with the experience.

I visited McDonald’s today (Sunday 11/23/25, around 1:40 PM) and had a very disappointing experience with the cashier’s inflexibility. My daughter received a Happy Meal toy that happened to be a snake, and she was genuinely scared of it. I politely asked if we could exchange it for another toy — especially since I could clearly see kids at other tables with different toys.
The toy was unopened, and I explained the situation multiple times, but the staff still refused and insisted they “can’t do it,” without offering any alternative or even showing empathy. It was a very small request and would have made a big difference for a child.
I understand if there are policies, but a little flexibility and kindness would go a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left us very disappointed.

BEST MCDONALDS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO, it’s updated, Has the robotic screen that u can order food from. The service is good and I have never had anything missing from my meal the food is amazing crispy fries and the milkshake, unbelievably delicious I don’t know how they do it but it’s so good definitely recommend the chocolate milkshake

I was shocked that I was in a McDonald’s that was clean, efficient and esthetically appealing. The staff was not only pleasant but even checked in on you while dining to make sure everything was fine. I love the cleanliness, the color scheme and the overall vibe of this McDonald’s. Food was delivered quickly to the table and staff was pleasant.

the dirtiest McDonald’s branch I’ve ever seen. I don’t think there is a rule called hygiene here. The employees seem to be forced to work anyway, there are no smiling workers at all. Don’t waste your money here, go waste it somewhere else and don’t be disgraced with your money.

Stopped here on a road trip and I think this is the cleanest Mcdonald’s/fast food bathroom i’ve ever been in. The whole store was very clean and organized. Food was fast.

Place was great when they had the soda machine outside and customers could get refills. They charge more for their sodas than the other McDonald’s on Central Avenue and don’t even give you refills. Kind of ridiculous at least offer one.
