Let’s be honest, the wait is more often than not ridiculously long, most of the time they are out of something or other, and the staff is usually curt and unenthusiastic. But the food is excellent and that’s what I really care about, not whether or not I got a smile. The chicken is always hot, fresh, and delicious. The mac and cheese, while a little soft, has the most amazing, craveable flavor, in my opinion, and the sweet tea is made the way Southerners like it: super sweet!!

They never get the order right and they really don’t care either. How hard is it for someone to take an order and then fill it correctly. It’s not rocket science people. Take a little bit of pride in what you’re doing and if you don’t like the service industry then get out.

I would give less than zero. Ordered on app, drove across town, had to wait 30 minutes on top of that, then got home no biscuits. Done with this Popeyes and won’t be back. No apology when I waited so long- pitiful.
