Its been so hot I did not want to cook and heat up the kitchen so I moseyed on over to Popeyes kitchen. The food was hot and the service super fast. The order was correct and they even put honey in the bag and I didn’t even ask! Well done Popeyes!

Some people are saying this is the worst place ever but we must’ve caught them on a good day because their food is really good this time 7-30-23 around 1:30pm. Worse service ever, they don’t take your order properly at the window. Then when it was our time to get our food they had us wait a car length back for nearly 10 minutes before we were able to get the food that we thought we had ordered. Never again…..

Girl behind the counter had no business working with the public. I understand this is a “starter” job, but certain skills are needed to work in a service occupation. Even to the point of almost throwing food across the counter when it was ready. I’m willing to spend my money at your establishment, at least have decent service.

The food was cold and hard. It was nasty. They didn’t give us all of our order. You could not ask them at the counter because they were so rude they would just ignore you. Every worker including the manger came by the counter and never took our order. We stood in line at the counter for about 15 min before they took our order. There was no one in the store or in the drive thru. Very rude and will not even eat here again. We were traveling through and had to stop but next time I will read the reviews of an establishment before we stop.

I have to say this was the worst Popeyes chicken I have ever had. Tasted like the grease was extremely old, even the biscuit tasted like old oil. The macaroni and cheese had to have been sitting there all day because it was hard on top and barely creamy at all. I was not happy with my drive through.
