Outstanding customer service. I was really impressed how this place is operated from a logistic point of view. I’ve witnessed a few occasions (typically at dinner time) how the drive through line will get backed up almost towards the street, but the staff are on top of it and the customers are out in no time.

The lobby was closed before 2100 and it’s not supposed to be closed till 2200. When I went through the drive-thru, nobody acknowledged me I had to say “Hello” to even get a response. I’m a delivery driver, if we don’t have at least some semblance of speed we make no money. The fact that the customer service was wonderful here, is the only reason I’m not super pissed.

We waited about five minutes at the speaker with no response, so we drove up to the window since no one acknowledged us. When we got to the window, we were told they were running out of chicken and couldn’t give us what we ordered. They also didn’t have gravy for the mashed potatoes, and we were told they haven’t had coleslaw in weeks.
After that, we still waited another ten minutes for our food. The whole experience was frustrating and poorly managed. This location definitely needs better communication and organization.

Placed an online order. When I pulled up to drive thru window 2 workers were outside smoking weed. That’s all you could smell. Then the lady rudely said all they have for sides is mashed potatoes and dirty rice, when we ordered red beans and fries. When I asked for refund she said “I don’t give refunds you gotta go to your app” are you kidding me? Maybe if your employees weren’t in the parking lot getting high, you would have sides available. Pure laziness.

If I could leave 0 reviews that’s exactly what I would do. I just went to this location to order and sat in line for 15 minutes until it was my turn to pull up. All to find out none of the 3 cars in front of me ever got helped and neither did I. They didn’t say anything over the speaker or anything. Pulled up to the window and they’re all cutting up in the back talking and laughing. So we pulled around front to go inside to order, and they locked their doors so no one could go inside. I tried calling the number associated with the store and it’s not accepting calls. It’s 1:30pm y’all are OPEN. And if you aren’t, make a sign and communicate that to customers instead of having a line wrapped to the front of the building!
