First, my jalapeno cheese burger was delicious. Next we received and returned the WORST & BURNED onion rings that appeared recycled.. . The cashier/window operator was impolite and didn’t return our credit card so, after getting into the highway we had to travel 6 miles to exit and return to sort things out.

This is actually a decent location for a Sonic but they need to get the orders correct. Also they need to learn how to mix shakes and blast because halfway through my ice cream cup was just plain Jane ice cream. When I asked for extra Reese’s to be mixed in all they did was put extra Reese’s on top

This sonic has never improved it’s service, it almost always takes about 15 minutes to receive anything and that’s on a good day, the food is usually wrong. There’s a reason why I almost never go here unless I know I have time to kill. The kids they have there are nice though

This Sonic has the worst service. They constantly ring orders up incorrectly and they don’t know how to put the correct items in the bag. I thought it was just a mistake and kept trying. At this point I know it is just incompetence of management and non-management personnel. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.

This place was slammed on a Saturday at lunchtime. I placed my 7 person order via the app, drove to the Sonic (10 min drive), checked in, and had my food within 3 minutes. The order was all correct and well packed. The service was excellent. Food order was also correct which is not a guarantee these days. Excellent job!
