We made a mobile order with a pickup time. They did not start preparing or food until after we arrived. They did not have all our items in stocks. The were not friendly and helpful to get our refund. Had to get refund through the app. Only gave one star because you have to in order to leave a review.

Waited for 30 minutes and then walked in to ask about my order and I was told they forgot about it. So I left and didn’t even wait for the refund completely unprofessional. I hope this review will help facilitate a better procedure or practice to prevent this from happening again.

All in all this was a very hood popeyes. Friendly service. Only drawback was they were out of chicken tenders. It was a cool/cold haven for the record heat outside.

Feels more like a casino then a fast food place. I regretfully order from here from time to time and 60% of the time they get my order wrong while 20% of the time they over cook my order, but when im really lucky and get the 10% of the time where my order is correct and the food is cooked well its quite nice

Classic chicken sandwiches and fries were hot and delicious. The lady in drive-through was very nice. Bagging the food can be worked on considering every time I go the fries are at the bottom of the bag smashed with a chicken sandwich on top. I’ve worked in fast food it’s very easy to take 5 seconds to move the chicken sandwich and put the fries standing up on the side in the bag.

This is a very reliable Fast food restaurant in our area …Fast Restaurant altogether … Although they do kinda like our other neighborhood Popeyes in our neighbor city across the bridge … They are just a Lil behind on making some of their delivery orders sometimes… Not all the time but sometimes and when it comes to us delivery people we have to let the process flow and not make a big deal out of it we just have to make sure that everybody knows and is in contact with each other because if not we get rated on bad service when it was the restaurant who started their order late but that’s really the only complaint I have but most of them the Popeyes around us do do that especially when they’re out of an item you know they’ll have to like cook it or whatever if they sold out which I totally understood that…. Cuz they have had some pretty popular sandwiches lately….
