First time for everything if I could give negative stars I would. We were excited to try this place after looking online at the menu. The hostess was nice. Our waitress told us she forgot us so after we put our order in we waited 30 minutes for drinks and didn’t have our appetizer. I went to the bar to put in my Martini order thinking the waitress might have forgot that too but when I looked at the bar I saw the bartender preparing it. I happened to ask the manager about it and she did come to the table and apologized and said she took something off the bill and gave us a gift card. Literally our food was dropped and we were not checked on after we had to find another waitress to ask our waitress to bring our bill twice. Then our waitress finally came over with the bill and tried to explain it when I asked for the manager she never came. It seemed like they were avoiding our table for some reason and that was unacceptable. They obviously don’t care. The food was not good either after all that. The bbq chicken nachos were ok but the chicken tasted boiled and had no seasoning. I got the smothered chicken and it was tasteless, my daughter’s steak was overcooked. The fries were ok. Do not not waste your time or money coming here.

This was my husband’s and I first dining experience at Hickory Tavern. We received great service, and the establishment provides indoor and outdoor covered seating. They have a vast selection of alcoholic beverages with typical food options. We ordered lemon pepper wings as an appetizer along with steak and blackened shrimp tacos. It was delicious. We paired our tacos with brussel sprouts and sweet potato fries, tasty. Now, let’s get into the dessert… Listen, those cookies were so so good. They offer daily specials after 4 p.m., and everything is reasonably priced.

This place is really nice. You can sit indoors , outdoor or at the bar. The burgers are huge and fries are homemade. You get your monies worth. I will tell you it takes two hands to handle the hamburger. Go, you will not be disappointed. The burger is called Tavern cheese burger it’s not like any other.

We’ve eaten here (curbside pickup) a few times because they have $0.75 wings on Wednesdays, and that promo is valid even if you order online. I love the sauces, but the wing meat is usually overdone and a little dry. The burgers are good, and the fries are great. The surprise menu star is the Korean BBQ ribs appetizer – absolutely delicious! Can’t really speak to service because I haven’t eaten in, but I have placed multiple online orders on different days, and each time my food was available exactly when they said it would be, and there was no long wait to pick it up. Would recommend eating here if you’re in the mood for some classic pub fare.

Sierra gave us amazing customer service. Had suggestions for what to eat and drink. Made sure to ask the chef about our choices. The ribeye was cooked perfect and all sides were great! Ahi tuna app was seared nicely. I’ll be back!

I’ve been here twice and both times the food has been excellent. The food is well seasoned, the staff is extremely friendly, the inside has an open and relaxed feel to it. I got the shrimp po’ boy both times (as seen in the picture) and it’s one of my absolute favorites. Family has loved the burgers as well. Both the pretzel and artichoke dips appetizers we’re good. Hopefully this place is here to stay, i love coming back.

Updated, we were in the area and swung by again. The review below is still accurate (menus are back if you ask for them). Holy cow, we did it again, ordered a large appetizer. Well , anyways, they do have boxes to take your leftovers with you. There’s enough for another meal. Place was not crowded at all. They follow the Covid rules of the day.
