Ordered a classic crispy chicken sandwich. Received a spicy instead but by the time I realized it I was already down the road. Last time I stopped at this location was told it would be 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich. I won’t go to chick fillet and the Popeyes location is so disappointing. Employees to busy outside selling drugs to do their jobs. Stood there for thirty minutes and nobody took my order. Then their friends showed up so they gave them free food and still ignored me. Never go here. Waste of time.

Visit the location during open hours and workers were inside on theirs phones walking around talking to each other but no one answered intercom to take orders. Sat in drive through for 10min and NOTHING. I took a video as well. You can see time stamp and employees literally doing nothing

They need a better staff. Most times, they are outside smoking weed in their cars. The chicken is either cooked really well or too hard and dry. There is no in between. They need a more responsible manager. It used to be awesome. Now its nothing

Worst one around ! Asked for a sandwich no pickles. He says they are pre made so that means they just sitting there and make them way before because they are tooo lazy to do your request. There is ALWAYS Something that they are out of. In all the years I’ve tried to support them , I have Never had an order be completed as I have ordered or requested. Very poorly managed,from the top down causing so much ” being so unorganized” IMO . I have been a business owner for 60 years . This place makes me feel for some of the employees as they are frustrated trying to deal with such diversity and the customers certainly sense it.. What is more frustrating is that the have a good product, but it is not always available.

So I went through the drive through and ordered a 3pc SPICY Meal. This is how it went. I asked for Pepsi and was informed that they have Coke products. So I asked for a Dr Pepper and was told they didn’t have Dr Pepper. Problems all ready. So after getting up to the drive through window and waiting for 10 minutes waiting for human contact ,I finally got what I thought was my food. I started to pull away and realized that I didn’t get my beverage that was settled on .I knocked on the window and received a attitude and my drink .I started to pull away looking down realized that there was no way that a three piece Meal with mashed potatoes would fit in the very light paper bag I was provided for my order fulfillment. Low and behold wrong order. So I went in ,understandably upset ,to resolve the issue. When I got to the counter I was immediately greeted with a attitude and asked for my reciept,less than a minute from pulling away from the drive through. I went out to my car to find that the drive through attendant did not provide me with one.I go back in to the manager suggesting that I was the problem and needed to lose my attitude. This now set me off and words were exchanged. I took my sandwich home thinking I would concede.After trying to consume a sandwich that I did not want and paying 11.94 for a chicken sandwich, I went back to confront the situation again. This time willing to involve the police. When I pulled up the drive through guy was standing on the sidewalk and all ready to do ” battle ” I was also ready because frankly I was out 12$ and hungry, and tired of the attitude. I then returned the food via air mail…….meaning I threw it on the sidewalk. The drive through guy then charged my car hand threatened to punch me through the window multiple times,before a fellow associate came and broke it up.I am now in fear that people at this location have my license plate and are going to retaliate. All that needed to happen is them to rectify the mistake and lose there combined attitude problem. I gave them a attitude back and was threatened with physical violence ,for all the residents shopping nearby to see,while shopping nearby. Poor leadership there is going to lead to a larger community problem. I will be sure to mention my experience as I frequent the tight knit area that this location resides………It’s a great story.
