They open at 1030 AM. I go in at 1040. Woman says 10 minutes for a sandwich which is fine. Then some guy comes over and tells her it wont be for another 30-40 minutes for a sandwich. They were open and couldn’t even make me chicken sandwich.

This place needs a whole new remodeling inside & outside including the employees. When you are a dasher & being told an order will be done in 10 mins just for them to add another 20 mins of waiting knowing the order has to be picked up at a certain time and dropped off. This location isn’t even busy at all right now either for them to have drivers waiting 20 plus mins. they waste time just so they can say the order can’t be made. They lock the doors early so the drivers can’t even go inside to wait and pick up the order. Get new employees & management or close this location down for good

Just placed an online order; even tho this service wait has improved at this location . Their customer service is horrible . Walked in to pick up my order and the man who is now the supervisor ; was short and didn’t greet me “ was hit with a you placing or picking up and order” I said “hey, hold you doing “ three time to see if he would speak and he repeated his question and got louder each time .

My 1st time at a Popeyes and the girl working the drive-through made it the best experience! Fast food customer service is a hit and miss for good service. And this girl made my day. She was so nice and helpful with the menu and made sure I picked the best combo on my way to work. I really appreciated that before my shift started. Thank you

4 of us guys working on a crew. Popeyes was close and we decided to go. We walked in, there was 4 customers waiting for food. I was like oh no this could take awhile. It didn’t. The entire group working was a well oiled machine. They were all talking back and forth about what was low, needed, coming up. Covering each other with the order completing. It was impressive. Aesha at the counter answered my questions, when they didn’t have the sauce I was looking for she made some suggestions and with that my meal was great. I had to come here and spread the word. I’ll say it again, the entire experience was impressive. And I got back to work on time! Thanks

You literally can’t order Popeyes for delivery on the Westside of Cleveland. They have to be losing so much money. This location needs to just take themselves off of doordash as they cannot actually provide the service as the drive thru wait time seems to be 30 minutes. They lock the doors so you’re not going in. You’re forced to wait for them. I know because I had to pick up an order from them 5 years ago and it’s unbelievable that it’s the same thing still happening. Just stay away and order the chicken from Eugene Cleveland.

Lousy service, ALWAYS made to wait 20+ minutes. I came in to pick up an Uber Eats order- TWO employees asked me who’s order I was waiting for…..and after 10 minutes, I ask if my order is coming up soon- SHOCKER, they didnt even start making them. If you’re white, dont even bother coming in, because they will ignore you & treat you…(and your PAYING customer) like garbage. I could literally hearing them calling me “that white lady” as they laughed about it…people came in after me- ordered AND left before they even started mine. They could care less, playing on their phones & doing EVERYTHING but working….pathetic. NEVER accepting another order from here again. And it’s THIS specific location.

I ordered a 12 piece signature chicken box through Uber Eats. I received 7 chicken breast and 5 small pieces of chicken instead of full size piece. My order came up to $40.13. They ripped me off but this isn’t the first time. Instead of canceling the order because they did not have any dark meat the gave me this crap. Totally unacceptable.
