My experience was just not pleasant at all. I ordered some tenders and 2 different desserts. They said it’ll be 5 minutes on the dessert. Ok, get to the window, pay, they give me a bag. Look in the box. Chicken wings, biscuit, and dirty rice. I told her again what I ordered she ask me to pull up they’ll bring it out, I’m waiting and waiting, the girl that took the order came out and asks me, again, what I ordered, I say chicken tenders meal w/coke, 2 Oreo dessert and a strawberry biscuit dessert, she go back in so I’m waiting and waiting, until I see they have serviced 3 more vehicles, so I go in and they tell me I didn’t pay for the Oreo cookie dessert. A lady came, I guess, she was a manager. She was very nice, but, she said can I give you an extra strawberry biscuit for my wait and it will be 3 1/2 mins. Not the Oreo dessert. This was 9 o’clock at night. I was so distraught about the whole situation and the girl that took my order didn’t say she didn’t here the Oreo dessert, she said I didn’t pay for it. Well, I didn’t know I wasn’t charged because you did not repeat the order, you just said $12.84. I hope that it would be handled better in the future. I plan to never go back. The treatment of the girl that took the order was very unkind and unprofessional. Please do better.

Routinely, this Popeyes is a hit or miss depending on who works there, but today, i just had an overall horrible experience that i just had to share. First of all, i thought mobile ordering was for skipping the line, so why did i have to get in line to tell the person behind the counter whom already had my ticket that i had placed a mobile order; he said he got me, i was already irritated and really didnt have a happy demeanor, and i couldve been nicer, but i wasnt rude either, i just didnt greet him. Secondly, i waited almost over 15 minutes and had to remind the guy behind the counter again, just for them to tell me they was out of ghost pepper wings and couldnt replace my order with something of the same value because they dont do that. I have been living by this popeyes for 20+ years, when ita good its good but when its bad its bad, and i have to be truthful there were days i wanted popeyes but i just didnt want the disappointing chicken nor the bad service and opted for something else. I wont be patronizing their establishment for a good while until im sure they good again. The manager was not friendly, and had a very bad additude, there was a big spill on the floor which cut off the entrance to the register so you had to walk around, and they are not very accomodating to online orders so be wary.

At this store there doesn’t seem to be sufficient employee supervision. Sorry, but I canceled my order and ate from another provider. Too many young adults only making a paycheck and customer service suffers. At times they’re great. I’m hoping that trip was an anomaly!.

Placed an online order at 5:48 and asked for my order at 6:00 they haven’t even started making it yet. I had blackened tenders. So I continue to wait and around 620 I ask about my order again. The cook forgot to drop the chicken. So another couple of mins go by and when the chicken comes up no fries left. Then the manger gave me cocktail sauce for chicken asked to switch it and had to wait in line for another 10 mins to pay for the sauce. Horrible customer service,from the manger.

I just left this place, my red beans and rice had abt 3 or 4 red beans and the rest was rice. My cajun rice was only half full. I paid 25.06 for that.

Overpriced & bland. I literally had to use a whole bottle of hot sauce just to entice my taste buds. My chicken didn’t have any taste to it. It was also dry & very hard. If they weren’t so packed I would have taken it back. But I was starving… So I tried to eat what I could. Had to trash 50% of it. Wasn’t even edible for my dog.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Rude, and constantly messes up orders. Won’t ever be back. Said an area manager would call me back and never did. Paid $44.10 didn’t get a classic sandwich, I got spicy and my husband couldn’t even eat it. I got a 12 pc mixed , it had 7 wings in the box. I also got a 3 pc that was supposed to have 2 breast, it had 1 breast and 2 wings. What a rip off. !!!!!
