If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband & I waited over 30 minutes for 8 pieces of chicken & some strawberry biscuits. The lady at the front was very much rude like how are you going to be mad at someone questioning why their order is taking so long? Then to make matters worst we ordered 6 strawberry biscuits but only gave 4 then when we checked we realized they still didn’t give all 6 biscuits so at this point we didn’t have more minutes to give them. We spent $39. 73 for us to get disrespected. Never again will we ever come back . We literally saw other customers who had to come back in because their order was wrong. This location isn’t a good look for Popeyes. Be mindful of these reviews.

Best Popeyes I’ve been to, the crew was very polite and the manager was just outta this world. She helped us through the speaker her name is Andrea. She had a great energy and her worked like they felt it too. Most other Popeyes the crew seems lost and manager is never there but in this location she was present her crew were on top of orders and everything came out fresh and correctly. We will definitely be back to this one because of the team and manager

I visited this location for the second time since 2022. I must say I’ve never had an issue with the food it was always hot and fresh. My only issue was the drive-thru service. It should have been better.

It had been a few years since I had Popeyes and I have to say it was really good, food taste fresh and was well seasoned. It was also inexpensive 6.00 for the box. Great deal!

I’ve been coming here for 4 years and Kendrick was the best drive thru experience yet. He was very polite and said hi and goodbye. I received my food right when I got to the window. Great customer service. Keep it up.

Horrible service. The girl at the window was rude. This popeyes is on 108 S. Kings Ave. We were told we had to wait for the spicy chicken. My husband went inside to check on our order. The girl said they needed to put biscuits in the box, but the 8pc chicken box didn’t come with biscuits.

3/22/23 update. It is one of the best places to enjoy spicy fried chicken! Staff is very welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful! They help to stretch your dollar for your family. Cindy (certified trainer) was amazing at her job. T thank you to everyone at this location. Keep up the good work!!! Need music in the seating area.

The food was yummy, of course. The service was good, too, because they were very patient when they had to deal with some confusion. The only problem was the wait. We had to pull up and wait at least ten minutes. Other than that, all was good.

I went to the Popeyes and made an order for chicken and a kids meal. I asked for my chicken to be cooked to order. Which means that I am willing to wait 15 minutes to get my chicken fresh. As I was speaking with the young lady at the window, another Hispanic young lady started to say that they were not going to drop any chicken for me. So, I was a little taken back because she was not even the representative at the window and she thought that she could speak to customers in that manner. I proceeded to say that I would like to speak with a manager in regards to making me fresh chicken. She stated, or should I say, start yelling that the manager will not make me any cook to order chicken. As the manager is watching her employee speak for her and to me that way, she does nothing. She sees a situation escalating instead of stepping in and letting her employee know that she does not speak for her nor can she tell the customer that she is not going to receive cook to order chicken, she says nothing. Leaving the customer with a horrible experience from her employee. I had to call Popeyes complaint line to address the matter. This particular Popeyes always have new employees every six months. Managers are supposed to be fair and they’re also supposed to speak up when their employee is out of line. I did not receive this service. I believe the manager name is Juan or Jose and he really needs to see what’s going on in his restaurant.. Very disappointing!

I got there around 9:00 p.m. there was people already in line working. I probably waited a total of 45 minutes to place and receive my order. The manager there was apologizing because they were short staffed. She offered everyone free drinks for the wait. Then she clocked out and left. This is what happens when a company wants to be cheap not have enough employees. This is not the only Popeyes this happens at. I hope they get their act together because they do have great chicken.
