Jacob was a wonderful and attentive server. The food is always amazing. I loved my crispy chicken sandwich with a fried egg on top. The garlic fries topped with their seasoning at the table tastes amazing. The Mountain High Mudd Pie was a sweet perfect ending.

Me and my husband love Red Robin. Our favorite items are the mixed drinks, milkshakes, and garlic fries. But this time, when I ordered the Tycoon Burger, half of the ingredients were missing! It had no pickles, no mushrooms, and no onions. Just cheese, lettuce, and a dash of sauce. I was very upset paying $16 for a basic cheese and lettuce burger.

We went mid afternoon, around 2, hardly any customers. Waited at door nearly 5 min, was seated, waitress came, took drink orders, waited another 10- 15 minutes, came to take order, no drinks. Finally got drinks 5 min. later. Wish I would’ve had a timer for food. Took nearly another half an hour to get food.

It’s been a while since we’ve been to a red robbin. We were somewhat disappointed. Wasn’t the cleanest. The staff was nice. We were surprised at how expensive it was. I know everything is going up but didn’t feel like paying almost $20 for a hamburger and fries. We had something else.

Absolutely the worst experience at a Red Robin ever! Simple classic cheeseburger and onion rings and most of it was left on the plate. Onion rings were cold, limp and soggy and the cheeseburger was cold with the cheese only slightly melted. The manager standing out front done absolutely nothing about it. Not even so much as an apology when the waiter told her about it. Totally disappointed and have no intentions of coming back to this particular Red Robin.

Came in for dinner this evening and everything was delicious! My mom, boyfriend and I each had a tavern burger which we all agreed was fresh, juicy & hot. We sat at the bar, our server, Jacob was fantastic! He was kind, courteous and ensured we had drinks as well as our food in a prompt manner. Great time all around, we look forward to coming back!

It wasn’t what I was expecting, the burgers seemed a little dry and not much taste definitely not as described. The dining area was clean and we were seated quickly. The burgers come with an endless side, which I got the chips but I was not impressed with them. The chips tasted like half was previously made and half was made fresh. For 45.00 I was not impressed, we came and tried it but probably wouldn’t come back again.

Was disappointed with our visit. We came for dinner later in the evening and it was almost empty. Our server seemed to be taking care of all the tables (there was maybe 4 other families there). Tables were not cleaned off from the dinner rush (hostess apologized for the mess). I had a salad and about one third of the lettuce was wilty, like it had been frozen. Had to ask multiple times for water refills. I know help is short but was hoping for a little more attention from our waitress.
