The food is good. My family goes here a lot. Unfortunately, we won’t be going back due to yesterday’s visit at the drive thru. The cashier was extremely rude. She got our order wrong twice and was really nasty when I politely corrected her. She was being disrespectful, aggressive, impatient and just overall nasty. The cashiers are usually nice here. This one has made us not want to return. Management needs to hire and train people for better customer service. Losing business with nasty people like that representing the brand.

Don helped me plan a Catering for my Mother’s Day/son’s birthday party. The entire team was exceptional and we had everything we needed for a great success! We had a lot of food left over and I look forward to the next few days of some delicious Popeyes leftovers. Party was a hit. Everybody love the food, and will definitely be back again!

I absolutely loved it. It was about 60 bucks for two 5 piece tender combos, a 4 piece combo, a sandwich combo and two strawberry biscuits. I believe the employee’s name was Donald that served us. He was polite, funny but to a point, he had our food hot and it was perfect. He brought some of our food to us and made sure everything was perfect. Much better service then the one in my town.

On 5 /3/ 23 at 9 pm the entire team and crew performed amazingly. They are dealing with constant rush from online delivery services and and drive through orders plus a truck delivery. They as a team time managed very well and communications were very prompt and kind. They are severely over worked yet they thrived in their service. COREY was the face of the team, heading the drive through mic and he performed flawlessly managing multiple events going at once including the common rude entitled customer whom he descalated with kindness and great customer service. The manager of the whole team this night deserves high praise but I know that it is choice that whole teams works so well together and they all deserve recognition. I hope upper management sees this and takes the time commend a job well done. The food speaks for its self but it was the team work and customer service that needed to be displayed.
