Had a few glasses of good boxed wine while waiting for my wife to finish shopping at Jean’s Warehouse. They had Happy Hour wine at $4/glass!!! Jason. The bartender is the best! Unfortunately they’ll be closing in a few weeks due to the end of their lease. So, hurry up and stop by to finish all their leftover drinks!

Great tasting food! We got the Baller Bento (feeds two): brisket w/ fried noodles, garlic paniolo butter shrimp, classic fried chicken, yum chicken, mac salad, green salad, CB’s biscuits. Nice variety of food for around $40. Been here 2x over the last year (we’re from the mainland), food consistent and delicious. Thanks, Michelle!

Wonderful place. Second time we’ve eaten here, about 12 months apart. Food (brisket plate, regular size, 2 sides [rolls, real mashed potatoes w/beef gravy…on the side at our request) was very flavorful and moist and Texas-authentic; second time we ordered the brisket…consistent quality, not too much fat, nicely seasoned. Open to the air inside the restaurant and outside. The lady taking our order and table service was really pleasant, a delight; regular folks. We stayed just to relax, read the news, and sip on a coke zero; plenty of other open tables so we didn’t feel like we infringed on the opportunity and were always welcomed…the man serving the tables even offered to fill our soda (free refills). Very good customer-oriented culture (we met more than just these two employees). We will return.

Stopped in for a snack and we were pleasantly surprised. We split the Yum chicken and it was perfect for two of us.
Chicken was nice and crispy!
Sauce was perfect local style: not too sweet or salty. Cole Slaw was tasty.

10/10 burger and the fries were phenomenal! The location is nice and offers plenty of parking. A nice date spot after doing some shopping or seeing a movie next door. Save the extra dollar and go in-person to avoid markups for delivery.

Wow, the food has really gone downhill since moving to pearl city! The ranch has never been the same. Its really bad. Then they change the boneless chicken to drumsticks. The yum sauce is still the same but doesn’t really good well with the drumstick there’s barely any flavor. I really loved this place but I wont be returning unfortunately.

Got the chicken sandwich with garlic fries and both were on point. The sandwich was perfectly crispy and the sauce had that Korean chicken vibe combined with the aioli they put on it, making it a winner. The garlic fries were also spot on, perfectly crispy and packed with flavor. Everything is made to order so it might take a bit of time, but it’s worth the wait. I would suggest calling ahead if you’re in a rush. The service was good and overall the food was fantastic. I would definitely get it again.

Located in Pearl Highlands food court. We had The Prime Burger (made in-house).It was grilled to a perfect medium rare ( as requested) and was juicy and flavorful. The Loaded fries did not disappoint. They have “The Boozy” shave ice that is made with filtered water, and hard alcohol of your choice can be added with a large selection of shave ice flavors. We are definitely coming back to try one, as well as, the Brisket and Chicken. The menu also includes birria tacos & shrimp plates. They have multiple large screen TVs, foose ball table and alot of outside seating as well as seating at a bar. It has a fun casual vibe. Service was excellent.
