The customer service was great! I will definitely go back to this location. The rating on this review is for the fish sandwich. It was mostly batter. The fish was really thin and dry, and you could barely taste it. It tasted like I was eating just fried batter and bread. I will never get the fish sandwich again. It was a waste of money.

This is an example of hit and miss service. I purchased a large mashed potato and ended up with 1/3 of it missing. For $5, you would expect a full container. I ordered an 8-Piece Mixed Spicy box, and left with mild chicken. The side of coleslaw had me sick all weekend. This spot needs to do better. I spent a total of $21 and ended up hungry and disappointed.

Drive thru speed was average. Service attitude was alright. Main gripes are the prices for what you get and limited available menu items. The sign outside says “$5 ghost pepper wings” then they say they dont have any. Then you ask for spicy leg and thigh but they dont have any spicy. Both me and my wife ordered the same thing. Leg, thigh, and mashed potatoes with gravy. They put MAYBE one teaspoon of gravy in the cup and it was only about 2/3 full for both of us. The thighs were unusually small too. The flavor was okay but if i get mashed potatoes, i want some dang gravy! Oh and that small amount of food costed us $18!

First time tried to get food,they wouldn’t serve at 830..full racks of chicken u could see.wouldnt even answer drive thru had to find out afer almost 10 min. WAITING IN DRIVE THRUE. Second time,drive-thru only again,@3pm,again,3 cars waiting for st least 15 minutes, go inside,only drive thru,why so long wait, CHANGING SHIFTS. meantime,another couple walked in and right back out..ppl ,staff,sitting at first table when u first walk in!!!

First, let’s just say this Popeyes never has anything and they always make you wait! My boyfriend went to Popeyes this evening to get me the Tender&Shrimp combo and this is what I received. I spent $12 on this meal just to get this. The shrimp weren’t crispy, the tenders were dry & my biscuit was just left in the bag hanging out. They talk to you rude & their always out of food. How do you close at 10 but don’t have fries and shrimp at 6???? They don’t look forward with improving. Don’t expect anything new from this Popeyes it’s always going to be the same…

The spicy chicken sandwich was good, but the hospitality was not so good. Mostly all the tables in the dining room were dirty, but the one pictured was the most prominent. It was the largest table centered right in the middle of the lobby and it was cluttered with employees belongings, brushes, drinks, cell phones, and cleaning supplies. This restaurant did not have a clean customer experience, nor was the lobby very inviting with so much clutter from the employees.

Drive thru today and as usual I ask for spicy chicken. Cashier stated, “we don’t have spicy chicken.” I said ma’am can you cook it. Yes, it will be 20 minutes. I said, “I can wait”. Waited, received non-spicy chicken and it was cold. All I want is what is stated on the menu.
