Love their food, but HATE the fact that customer service is non-existent.
Stood at the counter for 10+ minutes and not one employee, to include the manager, acknowledged that anyone was there. Understood if it’s busy, but there were two other customers and two cars im the drive-through lane.
The shame is both great chicken and poor customer service are the main consistencies with this brand.
Popeyes, if corporate is listening I’d love to chat about that to help!

Ms. Ladena was AWESOME!! Her personality is amazing. I could tell that she really loves her job. I wish more people in her profession would be like her. The food was great. We received everything in our order, which was a really big order (party of 6). I would definitely recommend this Popeyes!!

Missed part of my order, but to their credit, when I called and told them I was told I could return for it. I didn’t want to drive back. 20 minute turnaround for a sandwich is just ridiculous. I was really wanting dirty rice. Popeyes used to have the best. Both the chicken and sides, especially the dirty rice were lacking any flavor. Publix chicken is tastier. Very disappointed, costs more than a grocery store chicken box, and tasteless. Over double the price, it’s just not worth it.

I went into Popeyes one late evening, I guess it was during a rush, but I’ve never seen a team work so effectively and efficiently in my life. The manager Dina had a wonderful smile on her face, complimented whoever was cooking the food several times. My cashier, I didn’t get the young man’s name, but as pleasant as they come. My order so hot, tasty and just fall off the bone good, but crispy at the same time. I told them KFC will never compare to this service or quality. Beautiful experience considering I had a very long day. 12/15 is the day Popeyes stole my heart and I don’t want it back. Thank y’all and God bless.

The guy at the window was very respectful with great customer service! However, the chicken sandwich my boyfriend received made him extremely sick, potentially food poisoning. An hour after having lunch there, he was feeling horrible! He has thrown up multiple times, slight fever, & bad stomach pain. Please check the chicken sandwiches and/or everything used to make them for future safety of others, thank you!

It’s always a pleasure seeing Mrs.Ladena cause I know my food will be hot and cooked to perfection. I’m a Louisiana native and Popeyes out there is to die for but since I’ve been here this is the closest thing to home. Her staff Mr.Lee and Little Ms.Jada were marvelous they did and excellent job and they have great customer service skills last night was nothing bit of amazing so I will consider going back and informing other to go there also

I’m so glad that to have some Popeyes again! I’m ready to try the pickle line tried the Pickle Lemonade and at first I wasn’t sold but it’s not bad! If you like Pickle Flavor and Sweetness this is your Drink! Everything was hot and Delicious!

Went there on Black Friday 2025 at approximately 4:30 PM. I used a 2 can dine for $10.99 coupon and asked for 2 mild legs and the remaining 3 pieces spicy. The server initially said it’d be 15 minutes for mild legs but said they had 2 after speaking with someone in the back. I should have known something wasn’t right at that point. When I got home, I had 1 spicy leg and 1 mild leg. Additionally, I had a mild thigh with the remaining 3 pieces that were supposed to be spicy, plus my 2 spicy pieces tasted like they’d been sitting under the warmer for a good bit
of time. This type of service is totally unacceptable and has become the norm at this location. That’s why I wrote this review!

Usually the food is very good. I ordered the red beans and rice with 4 wings. I don’t like rice so I asked for beans only. Big mistake. The beans were watered down and only a few beans. The usual good flavor was gone. I would rather be given fewer beans than to have all of the water!
