Wow! I will say ever since Nikki took over this store it has became a whole new restaurant! I LOVE Popeyes and every time I go she makes sure her staff is smiling and friendly! The food is ALWAYS hot and fresh and if it isn’t she makes it right for her customers and apologizes! The best part is the CLEAN bathrooms and lobby! She makes sure to stay on top of this no matter how busy she is! Prime way to run a business!

I had a doordash order to pick up at 945pm. Got to the restaurant at 950….waited at the intercom for roughly 5 minutes with NO RESPONSE. Go inside and dirty rap music was playing so loud they couldnt here me calling. Finally at 10:36 a gal came up to the counter and told me THEY DONT DO DOORDASH ORDERS WITHIN AN HOUR OF CLOSING. not to mention all the lights were off and the lobby was closed

If it’s any time after 8:30, you might as well not even bother coming here. They randomly close two to three hours early for seemingly no reason even though online it says open till 12am. They told me they had closed down their sandwich cooking area for the night and they didn’t have tenders. Why are they even open at all during this time. The lights in the lobby were off and the chairs were on the tables, and there’s a lot of employees walking around inside or leaning against the counters or walls. It’s clear from other reviews that this has become very common here. Something needs to be done about this!!

One of those places where you get the vibe that you’re the jerk for bothering the employees with ordering your food. Then there was the part where the manager was making fun of the customers because the lobby a/c was barely working. I guess that would be the problem. When management acts like that… Besides that, if you like profusely sweating over the worst Popeyes food you’ve ever tasted, while being mocked by all the employees, here you go.

Kind of like everything else I get at Popeyes …it goes straight to the trash. Today was no exception. I decided to try the ghost pepper wings that have been advertised lately on TV. Where do they purchase their chicken? It is so black and nasty inside, and it’s tough to eat. Ive never seen anything like it. It looks disgusting. I guess they figure if enough breading is on it no one will notice?The last thing I got was the shrimp boat, and I remember that it sucked too. I do regret not taking a picture of it just to show you.

Extremely unclean, shipping boxes everywhere. Dirty tables everywhere. Bathrooms are incredibly gross. Management needs to come in and take stock with what’s important for this business, unless they are already selling this store or going out of business. This is the first time I’ve ever eat Popeyes.. been waiting fifteen minutes on one of my orders. I placed one to go and was told it would be a while on the wait because they were filling Door Dash orders. I said that’s okay I have another order for here that I’m gonna eat anyway while I wait. Can see that the food for my dine in order is available and still haven’t gotten that. The food better be amazing cause as of now I won’t be back. Shouldn’t a person standing in front of you take priority to get their food rather than someone just sitting at the house?

I wanted to try the fish sandwich bc I LOVE their Chicken sandwich. It was a bit too peppery for me. Perhaps the fish being milder you can taste the seasoning alittle more. I’ll stick to the chicken sandwich.
