Today I went in and got blackened chicken sandwich, got to the last few bites and bit into something hard. I opened bread and it was something black embedded in chicken…I don’t know how to post pictures here..The cashier gave me a used cup fir my drink and caught attitude when I ask for another…the whole place was unprofessional and ghetto.

So let me tell you the customer service here was definitely lacking BUT the food was awesome. Best Popeyes food experience so far I got a 2 pc meal chicken breast and drumstick with red beans and rice. The chicken breast was flavorful and juicy and the red beans and rice was good. Only thing is they charged me extra for sauce and forgot it but the food was good!

I ordered all white meat they gave me all dark meat. The apple pie was rotten and hot sauce no jelly and Cajun sparkles. The chicken was friend to hard. Biscuits were extremely hard. The rice and beans have no taste at all. This location has went down! Never going to Popeyes again

Food tasted great. We made 2 fairly large orders and they forgot 2 sandwiches, and order of fries and a drink. One sandwich was also the wrong kind. That part I wasnt that upset about. Things happen. Messed up orders don’t really bother me. What does bother me is when I went back to very respectfully request the order be corrected (which they did correct it so that deserves noting), one lady called me a liar and seemed very offended that I was claiming she made my order wrong. Again.. I wasn’t mad, wasn’t causing a scene, just simply requested my order be fixed. I don’t ever appreciate being called a liar. Nobody does. Not great customer service.

If you’re looking for customer service go to another location. I witnessed an employee get into a verbal disagreement with a customer. Then the same employee made a customer wait for his drink/cup after he requested for his cup twice, he took it into his own hands and reached over the counter to get it.

We just arrived back to ATL after flying in from DEN and had a 3.5 hour drive home. Stopped at our guilty pleasure for a quick on the road dinner. They had no straws, utensils, or sauce but failed to mention this while we were ordering with requests for sauce. We also had sides of mashed potatoes and no way to eat them. Popeyes as a whole is always missing something but they usually communicate and this was a horrible experience.

My food was fresh, hot, and delicious! I did not have to wait long either, which was a plus. My only frustration is that the mango lemonade was out! But they gave me strawberry lemonade instead, and it was tasty!

This was my worst experience ever at Popeyes. I ordered the shrimp combo and was told they would’ve to cook it, so I pulled up and waited. My wait was 45 minutes, and the staff seemed to forget about my order I tried to go inside but the door was locked but was told they didn’t have any shrimp in the meantime everyone else is getting their food in the drive thru and they had ample amount of staff working but alot of them were playing around or eating themselves finally after waiting I had to go back to the drive thru window to remind them of my order and was told it was coming up so I asked for a refund and they seemed to be confused about that. After waiting some more, someone finally brought out my order, which was incorrect also, but I waited long enough, so I took the food and left. I will never eat at this location again, and it’s terrible

My husband and I stopped to get food before we took a long ride. We ordered a family meal. Before we got the food the female manager was being rude to customers that didn’t want a problem. (I can explain more if needed). We got our food, my husband asked for a sauce. The female manager said no she will need fifty cents. He told her he just spent over $30 and if giving him a sauce is a problem to refund his money. She made more snide remarks and walked off. Another manager walked up and asked why we wanted a refund. My husband told him to ask his manager (at this point it was not worth the headache). As he begin to refund our money, the two customers who jumped in front of us came back and said their food was not fully cooked. Glad we didn’t get the food.
