I had such a GREAT experience at Popeyes today! Jasmine went above and beyond she was so kind, warm, and welcoming. My food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Whatever you do don’t order off the apps from them! The use old over cooked chicken to give you! They can’t give to in house customers be they will definitely give it back! These employees need to be trained on what a white meat means. People don’t purchase a five piece white and expect 4 wings and one breast. Then the manager is rude, she had regular employees trying to calm her down..like she owns all the breast and it would personally hurt her to give me more than one breast on a 5 piece white meat. I ordered online from this location for the first time, when i pulled up to the window the girl at the window said we outta frozen strawberry lemonade but we got the chilled one and immediately handed it to me as if she asked first. I payed extra for frozen i don’t like the chilled i actually wanted a drink so that pissed me the flip off but i was in on lunch and had already waited in line awhile so i took it. Another guy from the back brought me my food. I ate the sandwich almost halfway down before realizing something was extremely white. I had the bacon cheese ghost pepper sandwich so the cheese is like a beige and this was pure white looking. I pulled it out and idk what it was but it was like parchment paper. I took a picture and video, when i pulled it out the rest of both my little cheese i had and my sauce came off the entire sandwich with it. My stomach hurts and im kinda scared to eat. I also ordered Chicken and biscuit. How do you put a whole white parchment paper with cheese on it then add the sauce and the bun on a sandwich that has nothing white on it and not see it??

Worst example of management ever! I wish I could rate it a negative number for the negative experience. Went in on Aug 15th to place an order. Saw a special listed for the wings – buy one, get one free. Ordered that and a three piece meal. The cashier called the manager over for help to input the special properly. He came over and when he saw what it was, he told me in no uncertain terms that the special was no longer going on. To which I replied, that if the sign is up and I’m allowed to place the order, it should be honored. He said that it would not be and what did I want to do? I asked for his name several times and he refused to give me his name. As a manager, he should not be afraid to give his name and he should honor their specials that are posted. He told me it was over and would not be honored. His behavior sets the tone for his entire staff and customers. I cancelled my order and will not patronize there again. A man should be able to stand on his word so if his word was no, then he should have been proud to give his name. And to not at least try to accommodate a customer, he has shown that he is not management material either. I took pictures and video of this foolery.
Today, Aug 24th @ 12:20pm I received a phone call from someone from Popeyes. He didn’t tell me his name initially but wanted to know what my complaint was. When I asked him who he was, he said Anthony and then I asked what his position was. He stated that he was one of the managers there. I asked if he was the manager there when my incident happened on August 15th at 11:15ish. He said he didn’t know and what did I have to say? I realized it was the same man and I am very upset that he was allowed to call my phone when the complaint was against him. What is that about? If this is not going to be taken seriously, I will find out where I need to escalate it to.

I really tried to be patient with this Popeyes, but after three messed up orders on three completely separate days, I’ve had enough. Every time I ordered, something was wrong, missing food, wrong food or items I specifically paid extra for not included. It’s frustrating because I kept giving them another chance hoping it was just a bad day, but clearly this is how they operate. The service is careless and the quality control is nonexistent. I won’t ever order from this location again.

Ok this is the worst restaurant in the states I’ve ever been to. Pathetic service. The girl taking orders at the counter was super arrogant. Least courteous. No management at all. One reasonable guy, looked like the manager, couldn’t handle things at all. You literally even have to be in waiting for a simple thing as a ketchup. Worst, the restrooms. Pathetic. Dirty, smelly, no paper towels and no air dryer even.
The food was excellent though. Typical Popeyes chicken. The management definitely needs to look into this restaurant for improvement.

I ordered the two can dine white meat only and was told I have to get one breast and four wings. I asked for three breast. The manager asked me if I drive a challenger and told me I was wrong when I said I go to other Popeyes and they always give me more than one breast on a five piece white. She told me she’d have to charge me..yall need to definitely retrain yal employees!
