Went later at night. When we walked in, the server looked directly at us and continued playing on her phone. After 5 minutes, i asked if she wanted me to continue to ‘wait to be seated’ or if i could sit myself. She huffed and puffed and seated my table of 2. We ordered the “split decision” breakfast. Food was great and out rather quickly. But her waitress skills were terrible. Never once did she come ask if we needed refills, or if everything was OK. It wasn’t busy at all.

Hubby and I tried IHOP for brunch after an emotional funeral of a dear loved one. Walked in and there was no one to greet us. Waited a couple minutes and a worker came over to seat us. It wasn’t too busy but there were only two servers I noticed working the floor, seating guests and running the front counter.

Went to iPhone today. The food was good the service was slow and we were told that there will be a wait while half of the restaurant is empty. I would like the service to be better and faster but I would comeback.

The service was pretty good, our server was friendly and nice. I have to be gluten free, so I chose to take the risk and try their gluten friendly pancakes, with a side of over easy eggs and bacon. The pancakes looked very fluffy, but when I ate a bite, they were extremely dry. The eggs were pretty good, and the bacon was okay. They provided me with gluten free syrup, but even the syrup couldn’t combat the dryness of the pancakes. I wouldn’t steer anyone away from going there, just stating my experience.

I had almost given up on IHOP after multiple bad experiences at the Holland location and my last pick up order being terrible from there. Took a chance on this location and it was so worth it! Food was great (it actually looked like how the menu presented it), the server was super down to earth and she seemed to actually genuinely care about the service she was providing. Talmadge management- go show the Holland location how it’s done!

There was one manager doing all the cooking and unloading a truck. Our waitress said he was the only chef who showed up. It was a long wait but they are an incredible team. They deserve some recognition for how well they work under pressure. Also, that manager deserves a raise!

Our service was amazing! Highly recommend! Daniel and heather were awesome! Fast and efficient with a great attitude! We are from out of town and we’re not expecting to be served like we were at home but these girls know how to please a customer. Daniel thank you for setting the standard;) if only every waitress had these qualities.
