Clean, professional, and organized. The staff are patient and I had to give kudos while waiting for my food. Customers are calm, the chicken keeps flowing, and the music is going. Good job to these folks here. The food industry can be chaotic at times, but they have it fully under control. I’m glad I stopped at this location.

order took forever to get here drivers kept changing and worst of all my order fries were cold and hardly had anything in there, the sandwich was dry af and a lil burnt and the lemonade wasn’t frozen how i ordered it and tasted like straight water and i never received my drink which was the strawberry frozen drink and food was cold. i called the store like 10 times and no answer. i will be going up there tomorrow afternoon for a refund. i ordered thru uber eats btw and the receipt won’t show so they know they f’d up. 3/17/2023- order placed. i don’t recommend getting food from here y’all

Taking one car at a time holds the car behind until fully done with previous order. Does not repeat order total back to help prepare the guest for what they need at the window. This can cause individuals who think they have enough to not have enough and loose out of their food. This place need serious help.

The inside was open as well as the line during a week day 2 hours before closing. When they are crazy busy they only have the drive through open, but the attitudes on the inside…. It’s best to stay in your car.

I ordered a fish sandwich and a chicken sandwich both were cold, then when they made another order the fish sandwich was spicy not regular. Manager sat in the dinning room while they struggle attending to customers in the drive thru. They only could take credit no cash transactions plus no receipt paper. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. They offer to take a.picture of my order.

Popeye’s “Girl Dinner” sounded fun to me so I ordered it on their app. When I arrived for pickup, there was a long, barely-moving line at the drive-through. I couldn’t pick it up inside because the doors were locked. I waited in line for 40 minutes because I’d already paid for my food. When I finally got to the window, the man told me he didn’t have my order at all because they didn’t have mac and cheese or coleslaw. He couldn’t refund my money; I had to do that on the app. Customer service on the app was great and they did refund my money, but service at the restaurant was terrible. Forty minutes and NO FOOD.

Very disappointed in the service, disrespect, and lack of leadership of this location. Dining room is not open. After waiting 30 minutes in the drive through to make my order and discovering it was wrong. I went to the door because the drive through line was long. They only took one order at a time. There were 3 staff that did not look my way for at least a minute; never got up from they were sitting. Instead they mocked my words from their table and smiled. I walked to the drive thru window and no manager was on duty and the person in charge helped me with my order. I don’t know if they didn’t have the authority to lead the “team” working or what the issue was but Popeyes??? You need to do better. This was unbelievable. No one even told me they weren’t allowed to open the door nor did they get up to find the person in charge. I told them the soda was flat but at that point I was over it and took my food and left. This restaurant has been here a long time but the service has gone way done. I did not expect this from Popeyes especially in this city. I wouldn’t be surprised if the location was closed if something does not change. Very disappointing.

The service was great, and the cashier was very friendly. The only thing I can say is Popeyes should not say they sale butterfly shrimp, by anyway. I don’t believe they understand to butterfly is to split down the middle, and all size shrimp should not be butterfly. This was a joke

Man I hate to love Popeyes. The food is so good, but their workers could not care less about making you wait 2-3 business days to receive your order. They can have 15 people working and somehow you always have to wait for chicken.

Just got the oldest, nastiest chicken strips I’ve ever gotten from any restaurant ever. They are overcooked, very hard and they taste and smell like old grease. Not edible at all. Plus, the fries, though edible, were cold. These sorry mfs won’t even answer the phone. P*ss poor customer service like you get a basically all Popeye’s. Also wasn’t given a receipt.
