Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

If you want great friendly employees and delicious burgers with speedy service this is the right What-A-Burger!! We had a bad experience at the last Whataburger on Mobile Hwy so this was a breath of fresh air to get everything right today. We had a big order and Holly didn’t flinch putting it in and getting it right with a friendly attitude. Kudos to Holly, the store is lucky to have her!!! We tried the Dr. Pepper shake and it was great!!

This place is off the highway but easier to enter from the back road behind it. Food was actually hot. I hardly ever get a warm burger at whataburger. We arrived at drive through at 12:45pm and our order was not taken until 1:02pm. We then waited another 10 minutes for the food to be handed to us via window. Drove home and found that they forgot to add our fries and sauces.

Dasher picked up my food and my bag was sealed. I ordered two meals and whataburger only gave me one meal and two drinks. I was furious because I spent $35, they don’t realize the fees and delivery fees we got to paid. Then cheat us out of our food. French fries taste stale.
