This location had no sides at all, only fries. The big box special is back and they are not ordering food supply to met the demand. They have the money cause the line is always wrapped around the building. Never any apple pies. Fries were old, chicken and biscuit cooked to hard. Sweet tea nowhere near sweet and they said that was their sweet tea…. Really! Customer service was very unprofessional. Does any fast food chain have professional customer service besides Chick-fil-A? This is why they send there employees to customer service training. If other companies did this maybe they would have better customer experience, professional employees, and positive reviews….

Went to drive thru only to be pulled up for a single sandwich. Waited 25 mins and got frustrated and went inside. Manager approached me aggressively and standoffish as i was simply wondering if they had forgotten me. When i finally got my food it was just thrown in the bag without any wrapping or containers. The only food with a container (red beans and rice) was a quarter of the way filled. I spent 35 minutes of my time to be disrespected by employees with attitudes. Hands down worst experience of MY LIFE.

honestly the worst experience ever. I don’t recommend coming to this one specifically I ask the cashier for a combo on a signature chicken and I politely asked her for a biscuit. she told me it came with the combo but it didn’t and when I went to ask her she said I would have to order again even though she said it came with it. customer service is terrible they don’t even really give you your correct order and their drinks is literally water nothing else. i don’t recommend this store specifically at all.

The employees were just taking money and leaving the customers waiting over 25 minutes to get something very simple that was already made. As I stood waiting to be helped at the POS, I informed the young lady with all the piercings to not take my order and help service the people who were already waiting. I overheard one gentleman saying he doesn’t get paid enough to basically do his job, everyone did not seem like they did not have any energy to be there. One cashier with the piercings identified another coworker and then proceeded to get him something to drink when a customer had already informed her that there was no Coke or Sprite. That older gentleman was waiting before we came in! Crazy! After I waited for them to catch up, I decided that was the last straw and ask the manager Bianca for her name. There was sense of purpose for anyone working and no ambition or drive to take care of people outside their focus of the drive thru. All I know is that I will never go back to that location. Horrible period!! Tried to order but didn’t want to even give that establishment my money! The kitchen was also dirty and the cook wasn’t cleaning anything behind himself. Worst experience ever!

I absolutely HATE this location. The customer experience is the worst. The young lady working the drive thru has to be the most unhappy person with a job..she frowns the entire time and what’s the point of saying thank you if you’re just going to slam the window. Who wants to PAY for service that comes with a nasty attitude. I don’t know what the manager is there for: if staff has an attitude take them off drive thru and either send them home or put them in the back, when you see your lobby overflowing and orders taking an excessive amount of time to get out – simply acknowledge the wait and thank your customers for their patience. Quality control must not exist- how can my order be wrong or missing essential items every time ? oh and No gloves are worn when preparing food

Drive through experience was awful. Waited 10 min in line. Once there, had to repeat my order three times over the intercom because of a bunch of cut-up cackling and laughing in the background. The order taker was as cheerful as a fog horn. Waited another 5 minutes only to be told at the window my order would take another 8-10 min. Place is clearly run by a bunch of incompetent careless nincompoops.

They didn’t have what I ordered (ordered online) it was two packs of 4 strawberry biscuits (roughly $10). The girl offered me ONE regular biscuit for a substitution. That was like a slap in the face. Smh I used to love this place.

This location is just terrible man.. This is my second time going and the first time was not a good experience either. I ordered 2 sprites and they were awful, it was watered down and didn’t taste like sprite at all. The employees aren’t welcoming at all. I asked for a handful of hot sauce, they gave 3. Mind you I had a large order, I had to ask 3 times! Each time they gave me 3 pieces, it got to a point where I offered to pay for it omg Once I got home i discovered that the chicken wasn’t fully cooked!

This location always has some sort of issue. I went on this past Sunday around 5 pm and an employee was at the door stating the lobby was closed.I was trying to dine in because the drive thru had at least 20 cars waiting. I asked why I could not dine in and she gave no reasons to why the lobby was closed. She also had a nasty attitude. Why would the lobby be closed? This is just one of my bad experiences at this particular location. Normally, the drive line thru is very long. The employee usually looks out window and ask you not to drive up for your food, but to wait until they wave you to move forward. This happens when no one is at the window or in front of you. This store definitely needs some Corporate or District Manager oversight.
