I had to grab something quick before my cross country flight to Wilmington and Fayetteville, and back to Myrtle Beach. Regular chicken sandwich was okay but little salty. Since they packed my chicken sandwich in the to-go bag, the buns were soggy. I might tell them not to bag it. Sandwich only was $5.xx.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! HORRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE ATTITUDES OF STAFF, NOTHING RIGHT! WOW what a mess from the ordering where I had to repeat everything 5 times, then she read it back and it was still incorrect, I corrected her again and this time she said she got it. Well, that was a LIE!! My husband had to go in twice because they gave us fries instead of mashed potatoes, and forgot his sauce. I get home and instead of a chicken strip kids meal for our grandchild it’s a leg meal, and she can’t eat dark meat it upsets her stomach. Not to mention there was no one in the drive thru so it wasn’t like you were busy but we also had to pull up and waited 12 minutes before my husband finally walked in to look for our food and it was sitting there getting cold. This is absolutely ridiculous!! $16 down the drain in cold and wrong food. Then when you ask them to correct anything it’s like you’re bothering them!! Really?? You need a different job since listening and customer service is obviously not your forte.

Other than being expensive, everything else was right. Drive through order was correct, the food was fresh and hot. Service was quick. Exterior of the building needs work showing it’s age. The little bit I could see through the drive through window appear led orderly and clean.

DO NOT GO HERE TO EAT!!!!! Staff was really rude. Fries they gave us was old and cold. Really slow and workers just stand around when there are a lot of people waiting on their food. It took three people to read an order and one person had a jacket and a Fanny pack on while making orders. Clearly in violation of food standards.

Absolutely horrible experience. The employees was really rude. My wife asked if they had something and the cashier curled her nose up and pointed at the menu. The trash cans was overflowing and the employees all was just propped up on the counter in their phones. The lobby wasn’t clean at all every table was nasty. It would’ve been understandable if it was super busy but WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE THERE

The chicken was excellent, mashed potatoes not so much. This particular Popeyes seemed to be understaffed. They were busy, and the staff seemed flustered. All things considered, they did the best they could. We will return and try it again just because the chicken was so good!

Terrible service! They all have their kids sitting in the lobby while they work. They have cigarettes sitting on the stainless steel prep counter that you can clearly see in the picture that I posted when you zoom in on it. They purposely take their sweet time and the lobby is not open. I have never had to wait this long at the location I usually go to. I have came here to this Popeyes a few times and waited extremely long wait times every time.

Today around 4:20 I went to this Popeyes and had a rather difficult order. The sweet young lady with brown hair (Halley) I think. Was very accommodating and patient. Definitely will be back! Thank you for being patient with me and my requests! Awesome experience!!!

Where to start? We live 2 minutes from here and the lobby is almost always closed no matter the time of day. It is drive thru only 95% of the time and they aren’t even short staffed. The biggest issue is that the drive thru itself takes 30 minutes to get to the speaker if they even answer it when you get to it and another 20 when you get to the window cause the food usually still isnt done. Staff is always rude and never any help. If you have a door dash and it says it’s ready forget about it cause they don’t start the order till you get there. They run out of chicken regularly and you wait 40 minutes to find out cause they never answer their phones, ever! This store and staff needs some seriouse overhaul. Do not get food here! It is always this bad!
