Very rude employees. I placed an order online for pickup and after some time came to pickup hoping that the food would be ready but they didn’t even look at the order until I came and told them the name, then they started preparing my order. I was standing for long time and no one came. They were just talking to each other. This is not what good service looks like.

I’m not sure what is going on here but the drive through is a mystery. I’ve given this location a couple of tries and I think I’m done. Like many of the other reviews: super slow, inaccurate food orders, and cold food. With so many other options I think I’m moving on.

Unlike other Popeyes who encourage value, this property thinks rationing mash potatoes and charging extra is justified even when an “online deal” is redeemed. I was especially surprised since I waited 10 minutes for 3 staff members to figure out how to ring up an order on opening day. Do they not know they should be glad we are visiting this off the path location. To further the point the same manager who up charged me watched me like a hawk when I refilled my water.I deal will 100’s of hungry vistors/tourists a day and will not recommend. We are a educated community whom understand value and good service. This is not Capital Heights Md

Only experience here was with the speaker box. Person talks over me. English obviously not their first language. Fine, but won’t repeat things they say so I can understand. Cut my order off before I could upsize it. Just a bit disappointing. The older one on Market, despite looking run down, is much friendlier and gets my order right every time.

Terrible service.. went there to pick up an online order and to place an order in person. Took me 20 mins to receive the food I ordered in person and then I asked for my online order and they didn’t have it! Had to be cooked. Waited another 5 minutes. Told them about the online order right when I came in, completely disorganized. No communication between staff members. I thought the old location was dysfunctional, this is 100X worse! Safe your self sometime for visit the old location.
