Easily one of the best restaurants in NEPA! Don’t be fooled by the location. This place has phenomenal pasta, steaks, and pork cops. The service is killer as well! Super polite and attentive. The braised short rib ravioli are a life changing experience. The long hot app and the homemade Caesar dressing as well! You must go!

You Need To Know? Arrived with reservations & we were seated immediately. This cozy environment offered a bar or dining tables. On this occasion we had the meatball Parmigiano, Steak “Guiseppe” (filet) & the short rib ravioli. The freshly prepared meals were delicious. The meatballs & homemade ravioli were fantastic favorites. The steak was very tender & all meals had amazing flavors. Portion sizes were plentiful. The chef at this fine dining experience obviously knows what he is doing! Now You Know! -TBH

Everything was absolutely amazing, drinks (omg the homemade bread) and I had the meat and cheese ravioli with vodka sauce. Chef Joe came out to talk to my boyfriend and I before we left and we were happy with that too. The atmosphere is very cozy with wonderful service.
Oh, I should add the dessert menu was great also. Go for the espresso cheesecake! -Definitely call ahead for a reservation.

The place and people are wonderful. The food is delicious and the portions are hearty. For some real, small and local fine dining don’t miss out on this place. It may feel a bit pricey but I promise it’s worth it.

I woke up the next day and was still thinking about how good my meal was. I can’t express how fresh all the food was. The flavors were blended so well in each dish I tried. The lasagna was out of this world (and I’m very picky with that dish.) I also tasted the chicken francese, which was incredible. These are dishes I’ve had many times but there were new, exquisite flavors and textures to it. Their dessert was just as good as the entree. The creme brulee and chocolate cake are the perfect way to end a meal like that.
Great job Mylana’s! My only suggestion is you need a second bar tender, at least for Saturday night. He was slammed the 2 hours we were there, and since we sat at the bar it took him a while to get our orders and such. Other than that, I hope you are open for many years to come!

I really wanted to like this place , unfortunately they fell short in many ways – only few bright spots. The appetizers were good (Short Rib Ravioli and Long Hots) but the Meat Ball Parm was insulting as was the Chicken Marsala. The Meat Ball Parm had a pool of water at the bottom of the dish, the meatballs were mushy and the whole dish was bland. The Chicken Marsala was a sweet bomb of Sweet Marsala – no depth of flavor, the bread came out burnt and the server brought us the wrong check at the end..and everything is $3-$4 overpriced. After speaking with other patrons that visited before and looking at the reviews I am not the only one who thinks the Meatballs are a disaster. I privately reached out to the restaurant first via Facebook and they said they would get back to me shortly, but have not – possibly they are more focused on Glass and napkins placement over communications. If you are on AARP and like bland food with burn bread this is the place for you. Im sure some patrons dont complain out of courtesy to the owner and just say everything is “Good”. Higher standards and accountability shouldn’t end at the staff, this squarely falls on the owner.

The food here was great and the service was solid. Definitely one of the better meals I’ve had recently. That said, I was surprised to see a young child behind the bar and assisting servers. It was concerning, as it doesn’t seem appropriate or legal for a minor to be working in that capacity.
I hope the owners address this, because the restaurant has a lot going for it otherwise.
