We ordered online through the app. We arrived in the drive thru line about 15 minutes after ordering. We waited for about 10 minutes in the drive thru before deciding to just go inside to get our order. Then waited another 20 minutes. We only ordered 3 meals. This is crazy.

Just isn’t the same anymore. Muffins tasted like other foods that may have been near them… had to go back in because we didn’t receive everything we asked for at the drive thru. They didn’t have lg. Sides so they gave us 2 smalls in place but it was not the same quantity the macaroni & cheese is very delicious and I also really like the mashed potatoes but if you’re not into potato chunks left in, you’re probably not going to like.., this was at the trooper Popeyes on Ridge pike.

My literal favorite location! They have no issue making things fresh, will ask if it’s okay prior, out of consideration, and the food is always crispy and delicious and not greasy at all. The staff are all always so polite and courteous and I honestly love sitting there to eat and use their wifi. Definitely a great fast good spot, because not all Popeye’s are created equal in cleanliness, pleasantries, or food quality.

If I could give these guys even half a star I would never hesitate. First of all they’re RUDE, Very rude and disrespectful. There is a guy with glasses and a light beard who should never be dealing with people, maybe being in the kitchen is where he belongs but actually being at the register is something he is not qualified for. Also their food is not clean and I found hair in the chicken that I pulled out of the crust so I ended up throwing the whole thing. Disgusting. I would never order from these guys ever again. Don’t take my review and go try for yourself but if popeyes cares about their customers this location MUST be closed down

I like their food, but how much intelligence does it take when you use the drive-thru and you tell them what sauce you want and 3 minutes later you don’t get it. I ordered some ghost pepper wings from this location. The wing dings were funny lookin and big. I was expecting to have wing dings. I went up to the employee name (Shaker or Shakar) to ask if I can get some different wings because the ones I have doesn’t look like ghost pepper wings. He was very unprofessional and rude! He had the nerve to have an attitude towards me when I ask. I approached him very professional and nice but he still was negative towards me! He did exchange the wings but why be rude towards me!

This evening been to this location ordered ghost pepper chicken for my son and his friends , take away , paid for 12 pcs , on arrival there were only 8 pcs in box instead of 12, other items were ok . Called this location several times to report but no one responded to my calls . Very disappointing.

This location is much cleaner than the one on Main Street. They have a young staff, service is fast. My issue is with quality control. I’ve been here on numerous occasions where either I ordered spicy and got mild, PAID for sauce that they didn’t supply, or the biscuits came out rock hard and dark (see picture). They’re new to the area so I want to give them the benefit of the doubt but these biscuits are unacceptable. If only the people at the Main St location could train them on quality (soft biscuits, buttered) and they could train Main Street on cleanliness and teamwork. They both would succeed.
