This is the most disgusting, sluggish place I’ve ever been to. I’ve been waiting for half an hour and nothing’s happening. It’s been so long since anyone’s left, but they still can’t give me my order. Either they’ve stopped working, or there’s something wrong with their organization. This is a disgusting, disgusting place. If you want to waste your time, ruin your appetite, spend a lot of time and get nothing, then come here, but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I was waited on by manager Mr. FARWAD and staff NY… I can definitely say that they both were kind and pleasant by greeting me listening and helping to make my selection on what I wanted on and off my sandwich… Also Mr. FARWAD show me how to use the app being that I was new to it. The manager or whoever he is always really helpful and friendly (I can’t remember his name), there was 1 or 2 times where I had issues and he went above and beyond to make sure it was right. The food always taste good and is fresh every time I go. They are generally really quick about getting your food ready

This is the best Popeyes in the whole area. I always order the tenders and everything is always on point. The people are great, they serve fast I usually never have to wait more than 5 min. when I dine in. Drive thru service is quick. Again the best Popeyes in the area

This has to be the cleanest restaurant around. Period.
I dont live nearby, but try to stop here when i am close. Not just for the best chicken, but the confidence that the entire store is cared for properly.
Kudos to this owner/franchisee for not becoming lazy like 98% of all other restaurant owner/managers out there.
It is quite rare to find a spotless rest froom, let alone a gleaming kitchen at any time of the shift.

I ordered pickup and arrived only after the order was ready. I still had to wait in line behind the people ordering at the store. I could see my order was all packed and ready but it took them over 20 minutes to give it to me, I could not get it myself.
The food was not prepared with any passion, the chicken was cooked, they put all the things that are advertised but that’s not how you expect your sandwich to look like, see the attached picture.
