Popeyes was a great experience. The service was good and the food was great. The classic chicken sandwich was moist and you could pick many sides from french fries, mashed potatoes, rice and beans or mac and cheese. It was my first time trying them and I will be back.

They got my order wrong. Then yanked the money out of my hand making the coins drop and still charged the coins out of my cash when I was giving her more change . I told her through the window I have the change but she was too busy being snotty. She then gave me my drink which was wrong and then I asked for hot sauce when she gave me my drink but when she handed the bag to me I checked it and of course no hot sauce. Employees are rude and ignore customers. Had an order for pickup that took 25 minutes. The cashier was more interested in texting than even acknowledging I was there. Or any customers that came in after for that matter. This is not the first time either.

This is a BYOP restaurant! Ordered chicken, mashed potatoes & gravy, mac & cheese and red beans and rice. We told them we were dining in and asked for plates. They said they don’t have plates. How do they expect us to eat? Pass the container around the table and share or just eat off the table? So be sure to Bring Your Own Plate.

The food is decent enough, but be very careful if you order takeout. The last time I ordered from this store I had 1/3 of my order missing. It wouldn’t be too bad if it was a first time screwup, but I have ordered from this location a few times before and my orders are missing items more often than not. Definitely not worth the risk if you have a larger order!

They were good the first couple times we came here. However, now it seems they have gone down hill. The last few times we came here, the chicken was dry and tough. We ordered a kids meal and they didn’t tell us that there was no apple sauce, we had to go ask them about it, they didn’t even ask if we wanted a substitute. Today, they told us there was no apple sauce or apple juice which was nice, and they offered a different side. However, the lady taking the order was not listening and we had to repeat our order 3 times, and still at the window, they had to ask us again. And they STILL got our order incorrect. They gave us the wrong sandwich and when we went inside to ask them to switch it out, they asked “WHERES THE OTHER ONE?” like we were trying to scam them out of a sandwich. Anyways. They were really rude and apparently can’t get an order right. We will not be coming back.
