This Popeye’s location is absolutely awful. I would avoid at all costs. The Pride gas station just down the street serves a much better quality product and the customer service is on point. This Popeye’s consistently serves low quality product which is hurried and lacks care of any kind. Depending on the time of day you may get lucky.
My last three visits have all been poor with me throwing away the majority of my order. The chicken is often undercooked, gummy, and even crunchy at times. My last visit the breading was nearly gone on all of my tenders and one bite of the chicken turned my stomach where I thought I would be ill.
The all Latino staff tries but cannot resolve customer service issues. They are too worried about speed and not quality. They are typically goofing around and eating in the back of the store. On a recent visit there, a customer accused a staff member of photographing his wife and a huge fight ensued. It was really creepy and scary. The owner does not care nor does the Popeye’s customer service team.
I will not return and I highly advise you to avoid as well. Especially if you are female or dining with a female guest. I don’t know if they were really taking photos of women, but I would not risk the encounter.

I’m not one to leave reviews but this place is the absolute WORST I feel like I have to. I’ve ordered multiple times on doordash the lemon pepper wings, over 8 times, only once has it come actually seasoned. they barely ever put any of the seasoning like you literally cannot see it on the wings just a little at the bottom of the box, sometimes they don’t even bother to put ANY. Like this time, I doordashed the food at around 10pm and it came completely unseasoned this time I mean completely unseasoned, there’s not even any at the bottom of the box. THERE ISNT A SINGLE DROP OF SEASONING. Now this really aggravates me because I can’t even report it on doordash anymore because they just continually decline my refund requests now since I request a refund from Popeyes for their disgusting service so much. By the way if think it’s any better when you go their in real life it’s not, I’ve been in multiple times said like hey when I order online you guys barely put any lemon pepper seasoning can you please put a lot, even when you ASK them to they still give you the littlest grossest most disgusting amount. I am here stuck with $18 worth of “lemon pepper wings” that aren’t even lemon pepper they’re just plain, I will not eat them like this and everytime I think they might pull through they’ll actually season this time, but everytime I’m hugely dissapointed. Do better.

Ordered two chicken sandwich meals with fries. Received two tiny pieces of chicken in an ice cold bun drenched in mayonnaise along with ice cold mash potatoes. Tried to ask Melissa to remake it but she denied the request as the “kitchen was closed”. Why are you open if the kitchen is closed? Waste of money and time. Will never return to this location

I eat Popeye’s all over the country and this was by far the worst experience that I have ever had. The chicken didn’t remind me of any Popeye’s restaurant that I have ever visited. I asked for spicy of course but the chicken that I received was not Popeye’s quality. This should actually be investigated. Horrible.

Food wasn’t very good or correct. The majority of the order was either missing or wrong. They served a side of fries loose in a paper bag. The service sucked and the employees were rude. Don’t waste your money.

This was my first time at this food chain. It was certainly clean and the staff pleasant. Butt a like behind me formed rapidly. Almost out the door. And the sandwich i got was basically meat, bread, and pickles. If I had better guidance or even if the menue board was more descriptive … lunch would have been better. But as it is … it was just a necessity for eating. So … I’ll look elsewhere next time.

Ordered on the app and when arrived at the restaurant was pulled forward. Person at window was not friendly. Waited excessively for chicken tenders and sandwich. Did no receive any dipping sauces. Found it highly disturbing when completing survey on restaurant my gender, race and income was collected.

Terrible service. Order is almost always wrong. One time I ordered two sides of mash potatoes, and mac and cheese. I received just a big bag of fries and no other sides. They considered a chicken tender the size of a chicken nugget a tender. Customer service is a joke.
