I’m a huge fan of Pollo Tropical and always visit to eat here with family. However there’s been a recent trend of restaurants closing down and not providing the quality the restaurant represents. I ordered a family chicken meal and the sweet plantains as my sides. They came extremely burnt. I didn’t want to complain or bother the workers but how can you serve this to people knowing it’s burnt? I got my money’s worth but the lack of consideration or quality is just inexcusable.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Came in today and my chicken was undercooked. Not one piece but all the pieces still had blood on them and pink centers. This was served.

Went to this place and wasn’t even greeted. Just told to order. Then as I started was told to hold on twice as I heard them laughing and joking with other employees. Finally got to order was told to wait till I say to come around. After about 4 mins the told me to come around. As I drove around no one else was even in line. Got to the window and was just told the price as the person at the window kept joking around with other employees. I get my food and in the pics you can see how dry and nasty it looks. They got my order wrong . Ordered pork and got half Chicken!!!!

Well that was disappointing for pollo tropical, chicken was so dry like leather, white rice and black beans had bad test to them, I couldn’t eat it was so bad I end up, throwing it in the trash. That was a waste of time and money. Please be advised I do not recommend this location. Much love and safe travels.

A variety of beans and rice dishes, with protein options of chicken, fish, or churrasco style meats. Their photography for the menu is amazing. The food is presented a little differently. Clean environment and decent restaurant and meals.

Came later in the evening, manager looked like she was the only one that cared about providing good service. Some of the younger workers look like they need more training in customer service, but overall the food was good though. Considering the rush they had at the time, the food still came out fairly quick.

Don’t know what happened to this chain of Restaurants. The sauce bar is gone! The place needed some cleaning…some of the tables were nasty. The chicken seems to keep getting smaller, portions got smaller, while the prices went up. I mean, the flavor is still there, but adjustments definitely need to be made in order to be competitive in the market.

Zero stars actually! Beyond Horrible service at this location. App order for 7:30 in store pickup and order had not been prepped. What’s the purpose of advance ordering. To top it all off …. They were out of chicken at 7pm. How is a pollo place out of chicken???? Customer service is certainly lacking here. Won’t be returning. Shop needs some serious attention. On behalf of a local, I apologize to all the tourists who pop in here. It is not the normal pollo experience by any stretch.
