Visited recently and had a fried fish lunch special (they have a rotating menu btw). The portion and quality was amazing, and it’s only $13! Nowhere else can you find a deal like this.

4.5 Star. Overall. Non-addicting, comfortable, authentic, genuine Taiwanese food that does not have an over-the-top sickening feel like most restaurants (if you dine out too frequently). No added MSG. A “homely” feel, good enough to stop by any day. Love the rotating lunch special menu. Would definitely add this to my “OK for regular visits” list or a convenient take-out place.

Come here for lunch often, offers different specials everyday to keep things interesting. Try the chicken leg, I love how they debone the leg for easy eating. . They do have several items available for dinner only, haven’t had a chance to try it yet.

The owner was very friendly and kept apologizing for orders delayed because there was an issue with the kitchen today. He gave us extra roasted eggs, seaweed and bean curd. At this time of inflation, this restaurant still give us good amount of food. And the food tastes very authentic. We will definitely come back again for the taste and the value of it’s food. Even they had an issue with the kitchen today, we are still very happy with the service. Our recommendation is to get there early otherwise, you might have to wait for a table. It is a very busy restaurant because of the food and the value. Will highly recommend to friends.

Good little Asian cafe type place. Staff is Chinese but seems like everyone speaks enough English to get by so there isn’t a major language barrier if you want to try it out and don’t speak Chinese. Give them a try, they won’t disappoint, big portions, good food.

Went to pick up food from Polarland last week, and found leftover sponge and scraps in the soup. When I called the manager about jt, he was defensive, and try to claim that its the customers fault for not checking food before! The management can seriously use some reconsideration about taking hygiene seriously, especially during pandemic.
