Wow. The pizza was AMAZING, it’s right next to the hotel I stayed at so it’s super convenient and it tasted AMAZING. The pizza we ordered was, a large Hawaiian split half with sausage, then a medium pepperoni, and a small buffalo chicken. the buffalo chicken was INSANE i loved it. it definitely left me satisfied. Is it just me or have the garlic twists and the parmesan twists shrunk in size??? The twists are half the size they used to be but the price is still the same! I got an order the other day and they were so tiny. Also why is there an option for how you would like it cooked (Normal Bake/Well Done) if no one pays attention to it? I like my pizza cooked well done and almost burnt to give it the crisp that I enjoy. I always click well done and it never arrives that way. I’ve even called before it was in oven and asked them to be sure they burn it and of course it wasn’t done.

Ordered online after working 10 hours out of town and when I get my pizza they’ve added jalapeños!! Manager wasn’t even trying to apologize all he could say was I can remake it or give you a refund!!! Maybe had you approached the situation differently the outcome would have been different. I know now to order pizza in Lubbock!
