I ordered online i got 2 medium pizzas paid for it so all i had to do was go to the window… I get to the window tell the worker hi say my name and she tells me I owe her $45 I told her no ma’am I paid for my two medium pizzas already then she gave attitude…never had a problem till now i like richard at the window hes nice and always has my order ready

Wow. The pizza was AMAZING, it’s right next to the hotel I stayed at so it’s super convenient and it tasted AMAZING. The pizza we ordered was, a large Hawaiian split half with sausage, then a medium pepperoni, and a small buffalo chicken. the buffalo chicken was INSANE i loved it. it definitely left me satisfied. Is it just me or have the garlic twists and the parmesan twists shrunk in size??? The twists are half the size they used to be but the price is still the same! I got an order the other day and they were so tiny. Also why is there an option for how you would like it cooked (Normal Bake/Well Done) if no one pays attention to it? I like my pizza cooked well done and almost burnt to give it the crisp that I enjoy. I always click well done and it never arrives that way. I’ve even called before it was in oven and asked them to be sure they burn it and of course it wasn’t done.

Gave my order to someone else and when I went through the drive thru to pick up my pizza they ignored me for a good 20 minutes before they told me that my pizza was gone. Then had to wait another 45 minutes for them to remake my pizza. Service inside is also very slow and the employees are not friendly at all. Plus it’s the most greasy pizza I’ve ever had. Would rate negative 5 stars if I could.

I’ve ordered for delivery many times and they still don’t pay attention when I ask for any extra toppings. Why give us an option to customize our pizza if your staff is going to do a half-job on it??? I also ordered boneless wings and I got three normal size pieces and the rest were so small I don’t understand why even give them out. If they didn’t have enough just say y’all are out instead of making someone pay for them when it’s not even a full order.
