We were incredibly delighted to find this gem of a restaurant while on vacation 2 years ago. My family of 4 had the BEST dinner. As a side note, I order French onion soup at every restaurant that has it on the menu. I’ve been disappointed so many times but not Plouf Plouf. The soup was delicious along with everything else we ordered. We are very sadden by the news of Chef Mario. He was a master at his craft. Thank you for the experience! So sad that we will never experience his masterful cooking again but so lucky to have experienced his art of food. Well done Chef Mario … Well done.

Absolutely delicious! I couldn’t believe this amazing restaurant doesn’t have more buzz around it! I ordered steak frites with truffle fries and it was superb! The steak was cooked perfectly and melted in my mouth.

I was only gonna leave 4 stars until, I seen a review some snowflake posted about Foie Gras. I had a great experience at Plouf Plouf, My Significant other and I ordered the escargot which was on point, the chefs pate was amazing. I had the rack of lamb which was superb and the girl had the steak frites, it was done the right way using hanger steak. For dessert we did creme Brulee and some cake with raspberry sauce with a scoop of caramel chocolate chip gelato. Will be back to try the rest of the menu.
This place is BYOB, if you’re planning on bringing in higher end wines. Bring you’re own wine opener and open yourself.

Delicious food. I had the jumbo lump crab cake and moules mariniere and they were both done wonderfully! I will return again ❤️

What fun! A small, informal restaurant with authentic French food, thanks to the French chef. The specials — like rack of lamb or monkfish — are especially good. It’s BYOB, so you can bring and enjoy a bottle of fine wine without having to pay a huge mark-up. If you forget to bring wine, you can pop over to the wine store just two doors down, on the other side of the ice cream shop. But you won’t have room for ice cream after a delicious dinner at Plouf Plouf.

Honestly, the most dreadful experience. Tiny restaurant with very few tables, we waited over a hour for our meals. The staff are very rude, while waiting such a long time for our meal, I tried to go to use the restroom- the waitress informed me I could not use it as it was only for customers( despite having seen me sitting there for over an hour and a half). The food was bad, and so very, very expensive. the steaks are a very low quality of meat. The chairs and tables are very uncomfortable. Cannot recommend.

This place is just absolutely amazing. The mussel soup was exceptional, veal and salmon ( over ratatouille) cooked to perfection. Can’t wait until our next visit.

We ordered the coquilles st jacque thinking it was an entree with sides. What we got is 4 small scallops that looked like 2 cut in half horizontally and sauce for $27 each! Nothing with it! We spent $58 on an appetizer! When you see the other entrees on the menu they come with sides. When my husband picked it up it weighed almost nothing so he looked in the bag and found containers that could hold burgers. He asked about it and they said that is it. He asked for some bread at the least and they charged him for it. The scallops arent even that great. I have had better. I just wish I could include a photo.
