Been meaning to try this place for quite awhile, I passed it every time I head over to Fin and Feather. Decided to grab a couple pizzas this evening to bring home to the family. Very small place there’s no dining inside just a couple chairs to sit and wait for your order but I would recommend if it’s hot to sit outside because it was like a sauna in there. The staff was super friendly. I had a young lady come help me with my order and she told me what specials they had. So I’m actually kind of sad that I have to give them such a low rating but I ordered a beef, bacon and mushroom pizza and the beef was rotten. After my first couple bites I could taste that the beef was Sour. I picked a couple pieces of the beef off and sniffed and the smell was offensive. The cheese and pepperoni pizza we’re fine. I’m hoping that we don’t end up getting sick. Like I said other than that everything else was okay. I waited in my car with a little bit of AC since it was pretty hot and they brought the pizzas out to me and put them in my back seat which was very nice. I don’t know if this is a fluke oh, but I doubt I would give them another chance, spoiled meat is a pretty big deal and I don’t want to have to taste or sniff check.

Decided to try this place because I wanted some pizza….I should have read reviews instead of going by the stars… The people working inside are very nice with great customer service. However, the cheese pizza and meat pizza I got was horrible..I honestly don’t see how they received this many stars.. If your from NJ or NY, or even Philly you do not want this pizza you will be disappointed.. If you like store bought pizza in the oven then this is for you..

The pizza I purchased last evening had a different crust than usual. The sauce was different as well. Though my family didn’t enjoy it as much, we will continue to frequent Pizza Republic and this is why. When I picked up my pizza at the window, the gentleman waiting on me went back to get my sauce and returns with the sauce and a bottle of water. As he gave me the water, he said, “You look really tired. I hope you have a better evening.” He was right, I was exhausted. He saw me and extended kindness when I really needed it. That’s what I want in a neighborhood business. Thank you Pizza Republic!

This pizza joint will give you such a mixture of unpleasant feelings. First of all, there is no hate for small establishments, but why are the windows covered up with flattened pizza boxes? It honestly gives the customer some hesitation to come in bc it looks sketch. Secondly, upon entering, I had asked about any specials going on… The employees tried to sell my family a pizza that was made earlier at a “discounted price.” It was slightly insulting how pushy they were about this old pizza, I had no interest in it. We’ve loved this place for years. Been going here since it was Sgt peppers. I called to place an order tonight and the person that took the call was very short with his responses, and when I asked about a special he told me “we’ve got the same specials every day, what do you want?”. We won’t be getting pizza here anymore even though the foods really good.

I was pleasantly surprised at how great tasting this pizza is! I am from Northeast Ohio. My husband and I are in the area for work and ordered pizza delivered to our hotel. The guy on the phone was patient enough to tell me the specials even though they were slammed because of the snowstorm. We ordered 2 large pepperoni with extra cheese pizza. They told us 45 minutes to 1 hour. They showed up in about 45. Totally worth it. IT WAS DELICIOUS. Perfect combo of flavor. Tasty crust, real cheese, not super greasy. This pizza reminds me of my favorite pizza place from my hometown and it is super good cold or reheated the next day. Definitely worth it! Thank you Sgt Pepper’s Pizza! Perfect.

WOW!!! This place is FANTASTIC! I’m from New England and have lived in VA for over 10 years. This is hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had in the state. I had almost given up on pizza. I’ve never had a bad experience ordering from them till now. Their app is no longer in service. However the option to order online for just Pickup is so EXPENSIVE. I would order over the phone but the person I talked to about the app had poor customer service. All I can say is ‘what the hell happened???’ I’m quite sad.

Pizza dough was not fully cooked though the baker *confidently* said it was! Very, very sticky like melting cheese. Beware of food poisoning caused by eating raw or undercooked dough. As a pregnant woman I’m especially concerned.
