Mushy pizza with very hard spots. The bottom left piece chipped my tooth. Now I have to go to the dentist and have it rounded out. This is supposed to be a Big New Yorker. I texted a friend who currently works at A Pizza Hut in Oregon. After seeing the picture she believes the dough was kept one to two days past expiration. Having rolled dough for pizza places as a high schooler, I believe she does sound correct. Toppings were fine, as that’s mainly what we ate (didn’t have time to go back, leaving town). Prime example of what can go wrong when you’re saving the pre-frozen dough for too long. Edit: I forgot to mention there is a long running issue with this location when it comes to food quality but typically prior to this purchase it was only due to extremely excessive delivery times. Usually every time I pick up from this location it’s fine (Not great, but fine) . It appears management is deciding to not throw out bad dough.

I paid $20 to have a Big New Yorker pizza delivered to my home. It was delivered quickly but the driver handed me the box and immediately walked away and when I got inside and opened it, half of the pizza was separated and folded over on itself as though it had been dropped at some point. The pizza itself tasted fine however the crust was extremely dry to the point of being kind of hard and somewhat crunchy. Pizza Hut used to be one of my favorites but my last few experiences have fallen short of reasonable expectations.

This is the 2nd time I’ve had problems with the store with my pizza. Either is incorrectly ordered done wrong. It’s raw. I went in yesterday to get my pizza and it smelled like a sewage plant inside there and I don’t understand that it smells really bad I made. A comment to the employee and no response from the employee on how it smelled in there

Thinnest pizza I’ve ever had the displeasure of purchasinig. A sprinkle of cheese and meat on a see through crust. Cheese sticks were burnt. There are too many other good pizza places around to spend your money here. I spent over $40 for food that wasn’t worth $5 in my opinion.
