For the last 3 times I’ve ordered from this place the food was wrong and we either got someone else’s order or they dumped whatever toppings and called it a day and every single time I get the assistant “manager” she’s been nothing but rude
You’d think that for royally messing up the food they’d at least offer to make a new one right? Wrong, no offers for remakes and no coupons
Look for any other pizza place in this town there’s a higher chance they’ll at least not mess up a simple green chile and pepperoni pizza order and if they did the customer service would easily make up for it

The cook could see that the toppings on my pizza were BURNT but didn’t care to admit their mistake and make a new one. From now on I’ll drive to Los Lunas and get superb pizza from PIZZA 9

Worst pizza I’ve ever ordered. I thought I ordered a meat lovers but only found a few pieces of ham and sausage. It was as thin as a thin crust and as dry as can be. My family was beyond disappointed, we get better quality pizza a little ceasers. Will not be back again.

The last time I ordered, the pizza was dry and burnt with hardly any cheese or pepperoni. Ordered extra on both pizzas too. I got sick a few days later. Disregarded it. I went this week to make a order (the website was down as always) and as soon as me and my party walked in we could smell sewage. It literally smelled like a toilet in the entire place. We walked out without eating. A friend went after I told him about it and he smelled it too. He asked the lady at the register what that smell was and she said it was the sewage being backed up. She also stated that the owners do not want to fix it. That is totally disgusting that people are eating that food!! Sewage smell in the air with flies everywhere. Woow.. I ordered from the los lunas location recently too, with no sickness following. But other then the pizzas not having any sauce and the bread sticks having hardly any seasonings at all. The marinara cups were only filled half way, we didn’t get sick. The last three experiences makes up my final decision to never eat pizza hut again. Waste of money and my health is more important. We need to vote to close down the Belen NM location permanently, it’s a health risk. I can’t prove it got me sick but I’m 100% sure that was the culprit. Buyers beware. Pass this location up.
