This place does not deserve a star. If I could give negative stars I would.
This evening my husband and I went in and placed our order. The young boy at the register was the rudest little person. My husband asked if he was having a good day and the kid mumbled something rude under his breath and ignored him.
My husband ordered 6 drumsticks which the rude kid changed him $14.19 for.
I told the kid we only wanted the chicken, nothing else for that order. 2 medium drinks and
a 5 piece strip, then a chicken sandwich meal.
The total was $40.31
I asked the manager if the rude kid charged us wrong for the 6 drum sticks and she replied with all kinds of attitude that I was wrong and the kid was correct.
What??? $14 for 6 drum sticks is pricey.
When we finally got our food I asked the kid for some buffalo ranch sauce. He rolled his eyes grabbed 2 sauce packets and threw them in my bag. Not saying a word and walking off to the kitchen.
The people working tonight really need to consider a job change. Something that does not include customer service.
Very rude and miserable employees for sure.
You can do better KFC!

Foods good when you get it but my wife and daughter went to get food tonight and instead of telling us our card declined or whatever happened we sat in parking lot for 30 mins waiting for us just to go in and ask and be told that I card didn’t go threw…like bruh make it make sence.lol

I ordered a 2 piece combo I received one piece and then that in the picture with no meat on it. The meal came with mashed potatoes, but received no fork or spoon. My wife ordered a sandwich with extra mayo and no pickles, but she got very little sauce and pickles. I’d advise you to go to chicken express across the street.

Drove in from Oklahoma stopped to eat 8pm stood at the counter for 10min, went to the bathroom and came back watched an help a car that just pulled up waited another 10min and drove thru the drive thru and told the girl thanks for the lack of service drove down to McDonald’s got fast service. My wife and I were the only ones at KFC until we watched the single car pull to the drive thru.

Christina, the manager was very rude. My family and I just got out of church, filled with the Lord, happy to hear the word today and then was hit by Christina. Her attitude was not pleasant. We even thanked her afterwards because the food was really good and she said “uh huh” with her back to me. Bad customer service. We wonder why the kids that wait on us these days are so rude, Christina is their example. Customer service is very important Christina and we should be happy that people like us come in because if we didn’t their wouldn’t be no KFC in Pampa Texas for you to work at. God forgive Christina for being so rude.

Good food. Service was fast and polite. Place was clean, bathroom as well, you can tell a lot about a food place by the bathroom. Only wish they would drain chicken better after frying, little to greasy.
