Miss the old-fashioned Pizza Hut style and the more modern Pizza Hut style is nice. The only thing that is missing is a salad bar. I have dined in there a couple of times, and the service is great and my food came out nice and hot and fresh. Just miss having the salad bar. Aren’t you supposed to have a 4-foot pepper the robot that takes orders?

Moscow Idaho store: Terrible customer service. Tonight I was blatantly disregarded by multiple employees while my order sat there. I tried to get 2 employees attention and they literally ignored me and didn’t even look up. The person that was standing there instead of handing my order to me said someone would help me soon and proceeded to bag up his order and walk out the door. Would have only taken a second to hand me my order. Very rude. Had to stand there for 10 minutes to wait for my order that was sitting there fully assembled and complete. They forgot to put the Bleu cheese in the order too, so I guess it wasn’t fully assembled.

Ordered online to be delivered and waited nearly an hour to receive a phone call that they were not delivering due to road conditions, which is understandable, however, waiting an hour to tell me is ridiculous.

Ordered food and it never came and couldn’t get anyone on the phone. I didnt appreciate waiting 2 and a half hours for food that never came. I noticed they put money back next morning but still! not even a call or anything! The corporate level is failing this store!

The pizza was hot, fresh, and visually impressive. I ordered delivery and the time they said it would take to be at my door was accurate. The extra hot Buffalo wings were not Buffalo sauce and considerations for a fourth flavor of wings should exist…aka jabenaro. Also the chocolate cookie was impressive

I cannot figure out how to order gluten free crust from the app. I have to phone my order in. Also make the special delivery directions accept more characters. This is the third time the delivery driver has delivered to the wrong door. Luckily my neighbors are nice and bring me my order if they are home. If they are not home, with my disability it causes needless pain and hardship to retrieve my order when the driver cannot be bothered to call when there is no reply to knock. The only way I know it has been delivered is the dog upstairs barks.

This was the worst Pizza Hut experience I’ve ever had. I pre ordered Pizza online for delivery for a disabled Vet. Placing the order at noon to be delivered at 6pm. I then called To make sure they had the correct address. At 6 I got a text that the Pizza was out for delivery. At 7:30 I got a call from the Vet telling me it had not arrived. I called and was told they were running late. At 8pm no Pizza. I called and they had not even started the order yet. That was 2 misleading stories. At 8:30pm I called and they still had not left to deliver the order. At 9pm (3 hrs late) they drop off the Pizza! Most old people go to bed by 8pm. When I called to speak with the manager I was told “well, he got the Pizza so I don’t know what else we can do.” WHAT!? 3 hrs late on a 50$ order with 20% tip and they wouldn’t even throw in breadsticks for this poor disabled vet. When I insisted, I was told that they would put points on my account to use later. No points were added. Now, I understand being low on employees due to work shortage but 3 hrs! And a sucks to be you from the management. Do yourself a favor and go to MODS Pizza or somewhere else.

Really disappointed this evening. My kids and I enjoy going to Pizza Hut normally. The staff this evening were slow, inattentive, and more busy socializing with a friend that came in than helping customers. My drink went unfilled, they tried to seat us at a table where the light had burned out. Rather than offering to replace it they acted like it was an inconvenience that I ask that it be replaced. It took 10 minutes from me asking for our bill and a box to actually get the bill brought to me. It wasn’t a busy evening. There were two other normal sized families in the store. Even my kids complained- they are 6 and 13 years old. 🙁 Hopefully it gets better. Like I said, normally enjoy going to Pizza Hut because of the family friendly atmosphere.
