I got a famous bowl combo and added a biscuit. It was supposed to come out to like $9.71 with tax included and they charged me $11.34 and did not give me a receipt. Somebody from here is stealing. I’ll never be back to this place again

Food was good but really my chicken wings are the size of a spoon. They look more like chicken nuggets and the drums aren’t much better lol. Looks like they stole the chicken from wing street. For that to count as one of 8 pieces come on man. Did I order a children’s 8 pieces for $24 really can’t believe how small all of it was.

Went through drive thru tonight. I was pulled right up and there was nobody waiting and the parking lot was empty. Got home and didn’t receive the gravy so I went back to the restaurant to get the gravy. We sat down to eat and looking in the bucket, we were short a couple pieces. I called the restaurant to tell them I was short 2 pieces and was put on hold for 5 minutes. Called back to talk to a manager and asked what they can do because I was not going back a 2nd time. Instead of doing anything he hung up. I wasn’t asking for a full refund … I mean not even offer to mail a coupon for next meal or a partial credit for the pieces we did not get but paid for. I just get hung up on by the manager. So disappointed as my dad and I go there often. Will think twice next time he wants chicken.

If I could give them a negative 5 I would. Orderd a 4piece dinner price was $9 something, didn’t not want the drink. Total was almost 13 bucks. When I asked about it I was told since I didn’t get the drink it was not considered a meal, everything rang up seperate. O.K. FINE, NOT, you should either explain this to the customer or make a sign letting people know. When I got my order the girl just kinda tossed my bag on the counter, SO SORRY I INCONVIENCED YOU BY COMING IN. WHEN I got home,sat down to eat, immediatley spit it out,was not cooked thoroughly. Pucked for about an hour. Took it back and showed it to a manager, he looked at me dumbfounde, told him about getting sick, still just stood there, SO I asked him if he would eat it,,,Hughhhhhhh, I can’t give money back, but I can give you another dinner. Store completely out of honey. However, they don’t tell you that when you order a meal with biscuits . Instead, they let you leave and find a bunch of butter packs in the bag, as if adding twice the amount of butter will make up for the lack of honey on the biscuit. This may seem petty, but food is too expensive to not get what you ordered.

Yall are out here doing the Lord’s work. Has had my mobile order ready every time I go to pick-up. The one time it wasn’t, less than a 3 minute wait. Which is highly respectable for a 30 minute lunch. Thank you for being disciplined about mobile orders!!! Have missed lunch because of a missed mobile order. I don’t go back to those places for lunch. Thank you again!! Highly appreciative and happy customer.
