Food was good but really my chicken wings are the size of a spoon. They look more like chicken nuggets and the drums aren’t much better lol. Looks like they stole the chicken from wing street. For that to count as one of 8 pieces come on man. Did I order a children’s 8 pieces for $24 really can’t believe how small all of it was.

I just went to grab dinner for me and my son and asked for nuggets and a #7 with both of my sides Mac and cheese. Wasn’t given a total at the order window, no receipt just run your card and not offered any sauces for the nuggets and when I got home he had fries and coleslaw for his sides. Customer service is a must to keep customers, as well as correct orders.

If I could give them a negative 5 I would. Orderd a 4piece dinner price was $9 something, didn’t not want the drink. Total was almost 13 bucks. When I asked about it I was told since I didn’t get the drink it was not considered a meal, everything rang up seperate. O.K. FINE, NOT, you should either explain this to the customer or make a sign letting people know. When I got my order the girl just kinda tossed my bag on the counter, SO SORRY I INCONVIENCED YOU BY COMING IN. WHEN I got home, sat down to eat, immediatley spit it out,was not cooked thoroughly. Pucked for about an hour. Took it back and showed it to a manager, he looked at me dumbfounde, told him about getting sick, still just stood there, SO I asked him if he would eat it,,,Hughhhhhhh, I can’t give money back, but I can give you another dinner. ARE YOU FLIPPING KIDDINME!

Service at the counter was great and fast but when I get home and eat the 8 piece chicken meal it was not fresh,it must of been under the warmer for along time, sides were ok,disappointed especially seeing they had plenty of workers there and not short staffed at 6pm during what you would think a busy time

Went through the drive-through, they forgot my drink. I felt rushed by the drive thru worker. She shut the window before I could say anything about my drink so I just left. Foods okay.

we live 45 min away from this place. ordered a big meal and asked for honey at the time of ordering. got to the windo and asked again when paying. when handed food we asked again and was told it’s in the bag! we asked rep because they always forget the honey. we drive 45 min home and no darn honey! I called the restaurant and was told don’t know what happened? our fault for believing they did what they said! I should’ve known there is no integrity here!

Food was good but service needs work. Today is 9/30 at 8:50pm. I work nights and needed dinner on the way home. Cashier (longer curly hair, younger kid maybe high school) was extremely rude. Handed items very sternly and went “CARD” “DRINK” “DRINK” while very passive aggressively handing over the items. Once I got my food he yelled to the manager “SEE TOLD YOU WE WERE GONNA GET TO CLOSE ON TIME”. It’s very obvious what he was trying to say. I’m sorry I work late but no need to guilt trip me. And shame on the manager for also being immature about it. Won’t ever be stopping here again.

It says something about a business when you make a small request, they make a mistake, and then the phone is busy for over 15 minutes when trying to call and make them aware of said mistake. This was my visit at the Milan, IL location. The cashier and the manager were friendly enough, and I gave the upsell a shot after ordering a breast and a leg. I returned to where I was after getting my food, finding out that there were two legs instead of a leg and a breast, and the rest of the food I just couldn’t eat (I don’t like gravy, the biscuit was incredibly dry). After 15 minutes of trying to call the store to try and rectify the mistake, only to be told the line was busy, I gave up. I don’t plan on returning to the store, as I have a high code of conduct: anyone can make a mistake, but it’s how you handle or don’t handle that tells me the kind of business you are.

If you go when they’re busy, that’s your best opportunity to get good food. At least in my experience. Frequently, I’m disappointed with my food, especially with the current prices. I went on Christmas Eve and they were one of a handful of restaurants open, so they were busy & my food was fresh and much better than normal. Be sure to check your order before leaving, because they frequently forget sauces. Be sure to hug the right-hand side of the drive-through lane, when exiting, as it’s a very tight turn.
