A good place for a filling and fast family meal. There is a good amount of space and support structures for people who use mobility aids. The only issue is getting into the bathroom since someone needs to pull the door out. Otherwise, I came in tired and left feeling ready to start the rest of my day. So all in all a positive stop.

Wanted to get some Mexican food and after a long week of work a nice margarita on a Friday night. La Carreta to the rescue. We came across this gem after seeing some good reviews. The service was fantastic, friendly service. The guacamole is out of this world, highly recommend. They have a very good drink menu and a huge dinner menu.

The service was amazing! They served us right away and were very patient. However, the food left my sister and I sick. We ate there two days ago and I am still feeling the uneasiness in my stomach. I got the ACP (aroz con pollo/ chicken with rice) and the meal looked amazing but when I tasted the chicken it was salty and I could only eat it with rice which ran out really quickly. I thought I could gobble it down but I couldn’t finish the rest and I was too full to order anything else. My sister could not finish her meal either and we both ended up going to the bathroom after we ate because it did not sit well in our stomachs. Also when we first sat down at our table, they immediately gave us drinks but when they left, my party of four and I looked at each other because we didn’t order drinks yet. They had giving us drinks of water and came later to ask us for our drinks so we ended up with a lot of cups in our table and barely any room to eat. It felt wasteful leaving the full cups of water on the table. The service was great but it’s a shame it was ruined by the food.

I liked the volume of the menu. There are so many choices. Each item on the menu has a full description. Good food and good service.

I used to be able to come to this place and have a decent margarita. I’ve learned the hard way that all restaurants are now cheating customers when it comes to, well, everything…but especially alcohol. There was zero alcohol in my margarita I ordeded last night w dinner. I was charged $10. I will not return to any restaurant that cheats customers, so goodbye to Caretta.

Went during lunch. Spanish guy with mullet waited my table. He was nice. Good customer service. However, the food is bland, the rice & beans looked like Alpo dog food. Woff woff. Salsa wasn’t fresh. The steak tacos were hard/bland with not many toppings. I ate 1 & threw the rest out… I still tipped him bc he was hard worker. He can’t help it the food sucks.

The worst experience ever. I haven’t been to this restaurant in years. I see why business is slow for this restaurant. We were ignored by our waitress. I asked her one question about an item on the menu, and she said she would bring someone who knows the answer. There were only three families in the entire restaurant. The restaurant was fully staffed, so it is no excuse. Ten minutes passed, and she was nowhere to be around. We decided to leave. Sadly, we still have to make posts like this. I am bringing awareness to discrimination and a lack of respect. I will not spend my money where I’m not welcome.

Very good food, but most important, great customer service. Gustavo was a great server. All the employees we talked with were nice and seem to have good relationship with each other. Way to go!!!

Me and my boyfriend travel fravel far and wide and had not eaten all day other than snacks. We got here close to closing and they received us anyway. We were treated nicely and the server smiled the whole time. I was impressed with the food and service. I total want to make this trip again and visit this restaurant. 10 out of ten

My co-worker and I, decided to get together after work on Cinco de Mayo (5/5/23). We were not celebrating it, we were just in the mood for Mexican food. After we were finally seated, the waitress informed us we had only limited food and drink options because they were expecting a large crowd later around 5 pm. The waitress made it clear that only 3 drink options were available to us. That was odd. It was hardly anyone inside dining. We knew it was not going to be an enjoyable experience, therefore, we left. As we were leaving, we noticed people dining on the patio with a variety of cocktails. We decided to spend our money in another Mexican restaurant only minutes away. We were so glad we left the shady restaurant and took our African-American dollars elsewhere. Obviously, my friend and I not will not be back. I’ll be sure to inform my other African-American friends and associates that our money appears not to be welcome at this shady establishment. We will GLADLY dine elsewhere. The other Mexican restaurant (CATINA 18) had excellent customer service.
