We dined it and had a fabulous experience. Kimberley was genuinely kind and helpful and attended to our family with two kids and gave us a discount. She suggested a pizza with split toppings. The older gentleman who gave the pasta to our son was kind too. Food itself was great. They do not skimp out on the pepperoni where a lot of places do. The crust was perfect and I ate the whole thing. Overall, best pizza place. Will definitely be coming back anytime we are in town. Good job Pizza Hut! You have a Alberta customer for life.

Great experience with Appleway Pizza Hut. Delivery was prompt even taking in consideration construction, my food was extremely hot. And they still do cash delivery which I’m extremely thankful for. No issues or complaints from me. Food and driver were both great.

1) Food was delivered almost 30 minutes late. Family had a long day and we were very hungry. Maybe this is normal service for Coeur d’Alene, but I found it unacceptable. Especially with what came next.

The food was good. But since I ended up having it delivered, what should have been only a $31 order ended up being a $41 order because the delivery driver didn’t have change for a $50 bill. Not cool. And now I am adding onto this review because I decided to give them another chance and ordered more food. This time I never received the 2 liter of Pepsi I paid for. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

A great experience picking up a pizza. I put my order over the phone and within 15 mins it was ready and perfect. There was a sign apologizing about the dining room being closed due to them being short staffed, which seems to be the case for any and all restaurants in the area.

The self called “manager” watch out for her super disrespectful self….she is one of the rudest chicks…..even other employment knew who she was by way I explained her actions on the phone. Pizza hut app….said it didn’t go thru and my bank said it did! I called just to see what happened and she tells me sorry she can’t help me she “don’t see nothing” and she’s not gonna give me the other stores number:/…..I look up and it’s permanently closed you have to call the number and get the new number….but to the end Hayden crew<3 are my people they definitely knew how to calm me down too...lol! Terrific ingredients. Wonderful customer service. Quick deliveries. The clean and inviting building building provides a comfortable atmosphere…… but if you order half and half, be sure to tell them it’s actually got to be 50/50. Not 70/30. You’ve got real potential here guys. But pay attention to details, please? I’m in service too and would not have sent this out. Luckily for your listening ears, my lady got this while I was out.
