The guy working the drive thru 1/19/26 was so polite. He was sincere and truly shocking ( in a good way) No other drive thru I’ve went to in this area have been so kind. The food was hot and delicious. I highly recommend this Hardee’s for breakfast, and this gentleman deserves a raise. Take care of your customers1 they’ll return. Take care of your employees and they will take care of you.

I just had one of the best drive-thru experiences in a while, all thanks to Kraven, who was working the window. From the moment I pulled up, he radiated positive energy, flashing a genuine smile and engaging me like I was a lifelong friend. The food was phenomenal! Everything was hot, fresh, and served asap. But it was Kraven’s contagious enthusiasm and genuine care for every customer that elevated this visit from great to unforgettable. I’ll be coming back, not just for the food, but for the uplifting spirit Kraven brings!

My first time trying Hardee’s and it was VERY disappointing and underwhelming. I ordered the original bag and was surprised when the staff brought the food to my table. Very nice gesture of them to do, but it took nearly 8 minutes since our order for the food to come out. The burger was cold, hard and barely had any flavor. The bread was stale and just so lackluster. The fries were actually pretty good, but it was not enough for me to save the experience.

Went through the drive through, Got home to eat our breakfast, order was wrong, Gravy biscuit no gravy. Ham biscuit wasn’t done, doughy. Bisquits weren’t done. Nasty breakfast. Had to throw away. Very disappointed in the service I received this morning 09-13-25. Won’t be back to this.location. You can do better than this.

I was really disappointed. The biscuit was tough and chewy, and the hash rounds were cold and chewy. I guess the guy who ordered before me was known because he got his order after me, with fresh hash rounds. So, I think they were aware the stuff they gave me was garbage.
