Well, I was really kind of apprehensive about placing this order for a Philadelphia steak pizza from Pizza Hut. And of course all of my fears were met my 1st fear was that they would not be able to match the cheese properly for a Philly steak sandwich….aaaahhhhemmmm…. imitation style sandwich pizza so actually they didn’t really do a better but they did a good job on cheese because multiple analysts have concluded the classic cheese for a philly steak sandwich is a combo of mozzarella, american, and provalone…..cheese whiz!

Went in to order last night and was helped by a young lady and her manager. Very helpful, as well as efficient, even though the manager was training this new employee. Everything was fine until some fat dude that looked to be the store manager came and interrupted them while I was trying to order. This isn’t the first time this man has been rude. Food was brought out fast and was great quality, though the dough could have been a little bit “crunchier”, it was still delicious and loaded.

If you think about ordering from the app and picking up at this new location please just go somewhere else. Speaking from personal experience ordered and was given a 25 min pickup wait time. When my app noted me that ny order was ready for pick up I walk in only to be told they still have started making my order.

Can I just say a friend and myself went to Pizza Hut for dinner and were greeted by the most amazing employees that were really personable and were able to have good conversations in between customers while we waited for our pizza. Their names were Mesha and Anthony. I will very amazing people and because of them and their attitude will definitely be coming to this Pizza Hut in the future.

As someone that used to work expo and deal with the delivery service drivers, I know how hectic and obnoxious it can be and how rude drivers can be. Usually I can sense at a place when I am being told to wait longer, being ignored, or just being treated sub-par for being a driver. So, I am always really happy when I come in and the crew doesn’t do the automatic eye roll (which again, I am totally guilty of). I was really happy here – the cashier/expo person Carlos was really helpful and made sure that the person I was delivering to had all of their sides, and while making sure I was taken care of he helped out another customer with ease. Just happy with my experience, and wanted to comment on it. Thank you!

I went to order food inside and my card was charged more then the original total amount. I asked the manager Carlos why was my card charged more and his response he doesn’t know he really don’t care I need to Google cooperate number. Stop hiring people who don’t have integrity and have bad attitudes spreading negative vibes. I have him on video. We pull into the parking lot. We get out of car walk to the door. This crazy none employee started throwing trash out the door. Then proceeded to cuss us out for being there. The older man at the counter wasn’t doin anything about the guy. Till we told him hey whats up with that guy? He said i don’t know he doesn’t work here. Trash was everywhere. We will not be returning to this pizza hut ever. March 11th 2023 is when u visited this place.

If you like cold wet soggy pizza, make sure you come to this location. They obviously forgot to add pineapple to my pizza until after it was cooked and their brilliant solution was to dump cold wet pineapple on top and serve me this. I emailed the company to resolve the issue politely and received an email stating that they were sorry that the pineapple didn’t meet my expectations…. Really!!!! This place is an absolute joke. They won’t take your order in person only online. I am standing in front of them with cash and they would only accept it if ordered online. Craziest experience ever, these people are cuckoo for cocoa puffs. I always thought businesses wanted your money, guess not, weird world we live in these days when businesses want to annoy you and inconvenience you more than they want your money
