I have a Subway flatbread have the grilled chicken and have the avocado and sweet onion sauce it was hot or anything I had came to the drive-thru and I asked them to heat it up but everything was really cold I told the lady that took my order at the drive-thru I told her two times that I wanted it just heated I do not want it toasted and she said okay well the sandwich when I got home it was really cold I had to heat up myself the chicken was so hard it was not even warm at all after I asked them to heat it up for me I don’t know what the problem is but every time I eat their everything’s been fine but this time the food was kind of not that great

There were three kids aged 7‐9 that were going back and forth into the back of the store. I assume a parent was working and didn’t have a sitter. They did get a broom and clorox wipes and clean up their mess but felt that they should not have been in the store that is for employees only.

While making my sandwich the lady proceeded to take touch her headset she didn’t even change her gloves before touching my sandwich again. She saw my face when she did that and just dismissed it then proceeded to charge me 12$ for my sandwich and I quote from her “you get extra cheese”. Please work on your customer service and cleanliness.

It is 8:30 pm and when we tried to order dinner we were told that they were closing in 20 minutes, so they refused to make our sandwiches. The website states that they close at 10.

Not sure what the girls name was on the closing shift Aug 8th 2022, but her service was awesome! She was the only one working and was super friendly and timely even with 3 customers inside around close! She definitely does an awesome job and will definitely be back!

First time ordering from this subway. Food was ready on time and perfect! My only complaint is employee attitude. Instead of listening to me and looking at my reciept when I said I ordered bottled drinks and not fountain drink cups, the young man said “well you can get whatever you want I’m not going to argue with you I don’t get paid enough for that”. I worked in fast food for 6 years, I know how people can be but I’m not one of those people. Working in a face-paced environment can be stressful which I understand so I didn’t argue with that unnecessary comment.
